Tyrion looked up at you, his eyes full of love and admiration. "Would you care to join me, my lord?" you asked him with a smile on your face. He eagerly agreed. He loved spending his free time with you. He loved you and had for months now. In fact, the two of you had gotten together just weeks after meeting. He never thought that Cersei would stoop to her tricks when you were around.

You and Tyrion had spent the majority of the afternoon strolling through the multiple gardens of King's Landing, just chatting away about this and that, when it happened. You were suddenly grabbed from behind. An arm wrapped around your throat. "Scream, and I will kill him and make you watch," the man holding you threatened lowly in your ear.

You glanced at Tyrion. His eyes were wide in fear, but you were the only one who could see it. You knew he wasn't afraid for himself, but for you. You smirked to yourself and it confused Tyrion. Why on earth weren't you frightened? Most people would have least been a little afraid. Apparently not you. His typically adorable and sweet lover suddenly turned into something he never expected.

In an instant, you brought your elbow up into your attackers stomach. You spun around and grabbed the assassin by the neck. "Now, why did you attack us?" you growled out. He refused to answer until you tightened your hand around him. "Queen Cersei hired me," he wheezed out. Tyrion hummed. He should have known.

Your grip loosened a little in your surprise. Just enough for your attacker to escape. He turned back on you, knife out. You arched a brow as he lunged for you. Without missing a beat, you smacked his arm, knocking the knife out of his hand. He started throwing punches, which you dodged easily. Tyrion backed away, trying to stay out of the way. You seemed to have things under control.

Once Tyrion was safely out of the way, you spun around and grabbed the assassin. Your hands grabbed his face and you twisted. He instantly fell to the ground, dead as a doornail. "Whoops," you muttered before looking back at Tyrion.

He was staring at you in utter disbelief. How had you, someone so kind and gentle, managed to not only disarm but kill a trained assassin hired by Cersei? Tyrion couldn't tell if he was more shocked or pleased that you had managed to save you both. "Are you alright, Tyrion?" you asked him, coming over and sinking down to his level.

You eyes scanned his, worried that he would see you differently now. "I am fine. How?" You smiled. "Did you really think I would come to King's Landing without knowing how to defend myself? I'm not stupid, Tyrion." Tyrion laughed. "Of course you aren't. I just never expected you to be able to that," he replied, gesturing toward the body.

You smirked again. "I suppose I should do something about that, huh?" Tyrion nodded and you asked, "What do you say, my lord? Help me hide a body?" Neither one of you could hide your fit of chuckles. "What are suitors for?" he responded, "And afterwards, we should get a drink." You nodded in agreement as the two of you went to work trying to cover up your "accident."
