We all sat on the chairs waiting for the doctor to tell us bout May.

I looked at Dee and he was laying on his arms crying.

"Family of May Jenkins" the nurse said and Dee jumped up. "Well she made it through. But the baby isn't"

Dee sat back down palming his face. "But can we go see her?" I asked and she nodded

"Room 307" she told us and we nodded as we walked there but Murda held my hand making me look at him.

"You see what hanging around Jessie brings?" He said and I kept quiet following Dee and Quan in the room.

May was on the bed with tears running down the side of her face as she looked at me.

"Bae I'm sorry" Dee held her arm

"I'm sorry too May" I said lowly

"No you see yo stubbornness costed me my baby?" She said

"I told you bout this bitch Dior! Now I lost my baby cause you wanna be so nice" she said and I faced down

"It wasn't Jessie" Quan said and we all looked at him

"How you know?" Murda asked him

"I checked the footage in her house and she been in the house. She was actually sleep when it all went down" he said and I looked at May

"Ion give a fuck actually. Y'all can all leave cause that won't bring my baby back" she said

"May we can't leave cause what if the nigga come back?" Dee looked at her

"Right. And what he look like?" Quan asked

"Ion know" she mumbled. "Can y'all leave? Especially you, ion want you around me" she pointed at me

My tears started rolling down my eyes. "What did I do?"

"Bitch" she made a face. "You met up with the hoe ain't it? Who knows y'all wasn't planning this?"

"Why would I do you like-"

"Ion know and I'm not willing to know either so get the fuck out" she said

"Aye calm down May" Murda said

"Naah she wanna be her friend right? Right. I'm not gone be her friend as long as she still trynna be nice to her" she said and I blinked trying to stop more tears coming down my face

"What you crying for? Did you loose the baby? No" she rolled her eyes and I walked out as I cried.

I heard Murda call my name but I ignored him as I walked to the car. He unlocked it and I got in and looked out the window.

He got in his side and he placed his hand on my thigh.

"I didn't meet Jessie to plan any of this. She asked me to come with her to shop for her baby boy" I said with a shaky voice

He just kept quiet so I looked at him. "Youon believe me do you?"

"I do but I'm not the one you should be explaining allis to. And I'm not gone put the blame on you cause I know how it feels to be blamed for something you don't have any doings in" he said and I nodded.

"Thank you." I said and he nodded hugging me and kissed my cheek.

"You trynna go back in and explain this to her?" He asked and I shook my head.

"She not trynna hear it right now. Imma let her cool down some" I said and he nodded

"And don't let this stress you cause you still kinda pregnant. Just stop thinking bout it" he said
