" mehmet welcome back " i said gettingup quickly walking towards mehmet who looked a sad 

" My father's state is worsening " he said with so much sadness in his voice

" come in first " i immediately took him to the couch where he sat down , i poured him a cup of water and gave it to him

I took a seat next to him and waited until he finished drinking then spoke .

" is it the same illness ? " i asked trying go get some informations .

"This time it's his heart " i stared at him in shock

" How ? He was all healthy these past days " i said still in state of shock

" i don't know , the doctor said . Crises like this can happen any time " he explained before putting his hands on his head

" Mehmet " i said grabbing his hand , he looked at me and i gave him a reassuring smile

" Your father will get better , he's the sultan of the world . He's gonna get throught this " he looked down for some seconds then looked up

" My father is blindly trusting his surroundings , they all have eyes on the throne . My brothers are in a bloody war because of it " as the eldest between hurrem sultan's sons he felt guilty

" Let them think or fight , the most important thing is that you stay away " i adviced him and he just nodded

" My father is insisting to go visit the camp tomorrow " the sultan loved to work , even when he was weak and that showed

" then you should go sleep , it's very late " i said getting up while taking his hand on mine

" Why are you even awake ? Do you want me to call the doctor ? " he cutely panicked and i chuckled

" No it's not that i just couldn't sleep , i always want to wait for you " i said wrapping my arms around his neck

He got closer until we were super close and he smiled

" If the child is a boy i want it to be like my father and if it's a girl i want it to be like you " i loved how mehmet never cared about the gender , he was okay with everyone

" so you aren't excpecting me to give birth to a boy right " i asked staring deeply into his eyes  .

" the health of the child is the most important thing " he smiled and wrapped his hands around my waist then leaned in for a kiss .

The next day ~

" Today is very important i have to focus " mehmet said fixing his hair as he walked towards the mirror

" May god always accompany you in whatever you do my love " i said giving him a hug from behind .

I then walked and stood infront of him then started fixing his clothes and accessories carefully .

" i hope today will be a good one for you " he turned around and stared at me deeply .

" i might be late tonight again , we'll have to go to see my aunt hatice sultan . She insisted for us to come " this made me sad but he had to see him family too .

I nodded at him slowly before he cupped my cheeks with his hands and put a kiss on my forehead , then left the room .

I was again left alone in the room and boredom was killing me day by day . I decided to go sit with the girls from the harem a bit which i immediately did .

I walked towards the harem quarters and took a seat between the girls who were all smiling .

" Is there some happy news ? " i asked the girl next to me and she smiled even more .

" Hurrem sultan sent us gifts " she said playing with her hair as i nodded .

Next thing i saw was very unpleasant , sesilia was standing right infront of me .

" eh ? " she said crossing her arms infront of her chest .

" Get out of my sight " i said looking away trying to avoid her .

" won't you let me congratulate you " she said with a sneaky voice as she sat down few meters away from me

" I don't need your congratulations " i said trying to stay as calm as possible .

" Selim will get to the throne so giving birth now will only leave you to experience the loss of a child " i immediately glared at her but she didn't stop curling her hair .

I got up in a sudden move and grabbed her arm.

" are you hearing yourself ? Or do you want a slap so you can " i yelled at her from anger , her words really tested my patience .

" With what right are you saying this " she escaped my grip and wanted to fight back but before i can even reply  .

I felt a pain on my stomach again , the doctor told me to not get stressed or angry but seeing this woman made it worse for me to control my anger .

" Rüya are you alright " i said looking at daniela who rushed towards me

" let's go from here " i said taking her arm for support and walked away from the quarters directly to my room .

As we entered the room , daniela ordered the aghas to call the doctor
