autumn coffee

the smell of coffee and cake,
i was the only there not fake.
but as soon as i saw her,
disappeared all thoughts about them.

i ordered a heart shaped cappuccino,
even though i always wish for americano.
it'd still taste the same bitter sweet
even if i drank it on the street.

my nervous system got chaotic,
my skin got loose and fragile.
i walked to her, i might've collapsed,
i could turn into dust.

the whole place witnessed
what i said to her.
she served me sweets on a golden plate,
in my mind is written this date.

butterflies flying upon me,
the sea was suddenly so deep.
i gave her one of mine
just to see her melting smile.

the park was full of leaves,
there our path meets.
until i see her again in the paradise
with coffee and cakes on the sides.

life is so unexpected and stressful,
at least i find something wonderful.
and she gave me dope
that could help me to move on.

i'm meeting my own self
and it cries for help,
taking one last seed that grows,
dividing itself on a crossroad.

whatever step i take, it's a lose,
taste of coffee eclipsed fossil fuels.
maybe there's one that is right
but it's the other roads that i like.

i'd drink myself up at night,
i'd smoke cigarettes, then die.
i'd lose myself in women in this town,
yet these brown eyes i'll always like.

one for the white spume heart,
one for the sunlight in the dark,
one for the unforgiven faith,
one for the reopened gate.

it's all closing in on me
and she made me release
all of my dark needs,
alone in the night it sleeps.

sorry to my best option,
to the shallowest ocean.
you deserve better
than a tasteless liquor.
