I finished binging heartstopper season 2 since 2am. I've never had a show mean so much to me before, the comics helped me get through some dark times. watching it live put me through an emotional mess.
Words can't describe how much I loved it. They did such a good job on showing Charlie's mental issues but at the same time making it as much about the other character's troubles. We saw so much about Nick's family and the friend group.
I'll try not to spoil it incase some people didn't see it yet, but what meant the most to me was how Isaac slowly discovered being Asexual (since I am as well) it meant a lot to me to see it in a character I adore

The part towards the end of the last episode when Charlie opened up to Nick more about his mental health (self harm) was so sad yet heartwarming to watch. I've personally dealt/still dealing
with that issue and seeing my favorite characters open up and talk about it made me feel safe in a way. Nick's reaction of hugging Charlie close and crying after saying "promise me" made me realize that even if you feel like your going through something alone mentally, there will always be a person who cares about you and wants to be there for you.
who else is feeling sad after watching the season? Like yes I'm happy that I watched it right when it came out, but now I'm feeling kind of, empty? Since I've been looking forward to a show for so long and now that it's out I don't know what to look forward to 😂
Also, Mr.Farouk is so funny when he just yells "QUIET" he really is the comic relief we need for this season
Imogen sticking up for herself against Ben was such a girl boss move.
Tao and Elle are so freaking cute too by the way
Also talking about Ben, not wanting to spoil much the way Charlie was able to stand up to Ben as well with Nick standing behind him meant so much to me. Charlie really doesn't realize how strong he is to be able to do that!
Anyways, I hope you guys enjoyed my very random chapter rambling about season 2.
I hope to be coming out with a new one shot update soon! I just need to think of ideas from the season after rewatching it a couple times 😂
