Sultan Salim's POV
"What?" I tried to keep a straight face when the vizir told me about the rebellious women who dared to humiliate him in the public. That made me even more curious to meet that girl.
I had a habit of roaming into my kingdom in disguise (sometimes with my mother or father). It was one day when I was roaming along with my mother in a small village in my kingdom when I first saw her.
She looked ordinary. However her musical carefree laugh and dimples chin attracted me towards her. A few seconds later, I found her arguing with a shopkeeper, exposing him to manipulating the weight of the grains and therefore looting his customers. She left him only after he admitted his crime and gave him an earful of her preachings. She looked lovely with her flared nose (I wondered it was because she was furious) and red ears (again I guess it was due to her anger).
Perhaps my mother too noted her presence and found her amusing. And therefore ordered her abduction.
"She said that our majesty is coward for having sent an army to capture her!" Shouted Vazir while my mother seemed amused as well.
My father had a poor image when it came to his behaviour with women. A Sultan needed to maintain a harem of women to bear his child and take forward his lineage. Recently my mother has been getting women abducted. And I was getting sick. Agreed that I was satisfied sexually but I need a companion. The girls tried various ways to please me. But what about the mental connection?
"So my Sultan, do you want her to be beheaded or flogged to death? We need to set an example for the public to see." Shouted my Vazir. He seemed to be over-excited. Nope. I am the Sultan now. I won't exploit someone because of my power. My forefathers had ensured that my family had an image of producing tyrants and ruthless rulers but I wanted to win the hearts of people. I knew that being ruthless doesn't make anyone happy.
"Wait! I will deal with her myself!" I calmed my overexcited Vazir.
