Wonyoung's P.O.V.

I stared as Chaewon held Y/n in her arms, the both of them dancing to the music.

"Wow, the girlfriend comes to save the day again." I glared at Jisung as he gazed over at the two across the dance floor.

"I told you they aren't in a relationship!" I quietly yelled at him and he snapped his head back at me, his eyes wide as he saw the expression on my face.

"Sorry. They just look like--"

"Shut up." I lowly told him and I bet he got scared by the looks I gave him.

I glanced back again at the two. I noticed the way Y/n looked at Chaewon and how the latter held her tightly.

I could've been the one with her...

I was busy staring at them that I didn't notice I already stepped on Jisung's foot and he winced in pain.

"Ow!"

"Oops, sorry." I said and tried to focus on dancing again.

But it was like my eyes were pulled to look at them again. I couldn't help but stare as they danced gracefully in each other's arms.

I saw how Y/n giggled and blushed while talking to Chaewon. In contrast to what I saw a while ago, now that she was dancing with Chaewon, she looked more happy and lively. Her smile was almost reaching her ears and her eyes were shut close everytime she laughed.

That should be me... But she definitely looks happier now...

"Ow! Wonyoung will you please focus!" I got back to my senses as Jisung stopped to massage his foot that I accidentally stepped on, again.

"What's going on over there?" all students turned to us as our choreographer walked towards us.

"Ma'am she kept on stepping on my foot." I narrowed my eyes at Jisung.

"I told you I'm sorry!" I angrily told him.

As I crossed my arms, my eyes landed on them again. They were both looking back at me.

I don't know why but I felt really upset so I avoided their gaze and huffed.

"Don't forget the steps, okay?"

"Yes, Ms. Hirai."

Finally, practice was over. I immediately walked out of the gym to head home.

"Wonyoung!" I looked back as I recognized the voice that called me.

"Chaewon." she walked over to me with Y/n beside her.

"I thought you were excused today?" I sternly asked her.

"Well, it's actually a good thing I tried to go back. Turns out Y/n didn't have a partner for the practice." she explained while smiling.

Is she that happy?

"Oh, so you only went today as a substitute for Jeongin, right?" I asked her.

Her smile instantly faded and her stare seemed to turn into a glare as I said those words.

I tried to hide it but I ended up smirking.

"Anyways, thank you for coming in today, Chaewon." Y/n said and smiled sweetly at her. I couldn't help but roll my eyes by what I was seeing.

"I told you before that I'd do anything for you, right?" I almost puked at what I heard. They were now gazing into each other's eyes with a smile on their faces.
