When I got home I decided to go take a bath since it was too late in the morning to go back to sleep. The bathtub in my bathroom was really shallow so I went upstairs to Colby's room since he wasn't here.

When I got there I sighed and turned the water on, making sure it was the right temperature. "Shit." I mumbled when I went to check my phone, realizing it was still downstairs.

I sighed then turned the water off and went down to my room. When I walked down the stairs I saw Jake and Tara standing in the foyer with suitcases around them.

"Are you guys leaving too?" I asked with confusion. "We're going to Kansas for Christmas." Jake said with a smile. "Oh...that is next week, huh." I said with a dry laugh.

"Yeah, Corey's already in Florida so you'll have the house to yourself for the weekend." Jake said as I nodded. "Oh, cool. Well have fun guys!" I said then waved and went to my room.

When I grabbed my phone I could already feel it buzzing in my hand. "Hey." I answered as I grabbed a new pair of clothes then started to make my way upstairs.

"Bitch, I thought you died." Ki said causing me to laugh. "What? Why?" I asked and went upstairs. "You weren't answering your phone! What have you been up to?" She asked as I walked into the bathroom and turned the water on once again.

"I had to take Sam and Colby to the airport this morning, so now I'm taking a bath because I'm a loner." I said and sat on the edge of the tub.

"Just because Sam and Colby aren't there doesn't mean you're a loner." She said as I nodded. "Yeah, but Corey and Jake are also gone so...I'm all by my lonesome." I said with a sigh.

"Great, I'm coming over." Ki said with a laugh. "Okay, let me take my bath then you can come and we can order food or something." I said and stood up to turn the water off when the tub was full.

"Okay, I'm gonna bring Stella so you can cuddle with her." She said as I gasped. "Yes! Oh my god, please." I said and put her on speaker phone.

"Okay, I'll come in a couple hours. Enjoy your bath, love you!!" She said as Stella started barking on the other end. "Love you more!" I said then hung up.

I sighed then got undressed and stepped into the tub letting the water relax my muscles. I closed my eyes reveling in the feeling of pure relaxation.

It had been a really long time since I got to be completely alone. I was so used to being surrounded by people at this point that it felt nice to be by myself.

I sat in the tub for a while before getting out since I was starting to prune up.

When I got out I got dressed then made my way downstairs. It was starting to feel really weird being in the house all by myself because it was usually loud either from someone filming a video or streaming.

I huffed out a breath then went to the kitchen to make a snack. I knew Ki was gonna come over soon but I was feeling a little anxious now about being left alone.

It made me sad that the situation I had with Peter would change my perception on life forever. I used to be okay with being alone. It would be peaceful but now it was stressful.

I texted Ki asking when she would be over then went to grab a bag of popcorn to make for a snack.

I put it in the microwave then sighed and leaned against the counter. I reached for my phone since I saw that Ki texted me but I felt a sudden chill run down my spine.

I scrunched my brow then turned towards the window that was facing the backyard. I felt my heart stop when I saw something move towards the pool and out of my view.
