You and Flame were playing monopoly again with Nurse Himari, "Flame give me the $60 you owe me for landing on my place!" You demanded. "No you're in jail and I refuse to give money to a criminal!"
"Relax you two it's just a game, how about we take a break and play uno!" Nurse Himari tried to keep you two from clawing at each other's throats.
"Yeah!" You both shout.
Just before you two could start playing Grell walked into the room. He gave Nurse Himari a certain look and she nodded her head and stood up. You were confused by these actions. You assumed there was some weird love story between the two and decided not to say anything about it since it's none of your business.
Grell then sat down on one of the hospital beds and signaled for you two to sit next to him. You sat on his left and Flame sat on his right. "You two are only 6 years old, but know so much about the world and other things. I would like to show you the world if you let me. How would you two like it if I adopted you both?" Grell smiled.
In an instant you and Flame looked over at each other and as if you two were psychic, you had a whole conversation and nodded at each other. You both stood up and walked in front of Grell. He looked confused at the action, but then you both tackled him at the same time. "AaH!"
"Yes!" Flame shouted.
"That would be awesome!" You said happily.
Grell at first was caught off guard and was shook, but then he started to laugh and hugged you and Flame back. "I'm so happy that you guys agreed! The paperwork is already done, but I wouldn't go through with it unless you two wanted it."
"So do we call you dad now or?" You asked.
"Whatever suits you the most." Grell chuckled.
"Okay dad!" You cheered. While it didn't feel the same as your actual dad, it still had a lot of love and care behind it.
"Sure thing pops!"
"I know this is soon, but we're going to be traveling for a long time, but we will come back here in time for your 2nd year of high school. Would you like to travel the world with me?" Grell asked.
You have never been so excited about something in my entire life. You thought you were going to live on the island for your entire life, it didn't bother you. But, the thought of seeing beyond your island and this country filled you with wonder and joy.
"Yea Pops who wouldn't!" Flame screeched.
"Great I'll take you two to my house today and we have a plane to catch in 2 days!"
