Frankenstein: the students are all in the hospital. Luckily, the wounds were not life threatening. Ikhan and yuna's wounds are minor, but Shinwu was hurt the most. One arm was broken and several ribs were fractured, but it won't be a problem once those wounds are healed. Master, Mistress...when the kids wake up, how....

Mei: it'd be better if they don't remember.

I was sitting down in one of Frankenstein's chair and Rai sat across from me. I feel a bit tired.

Frankenstein: yes, mistress. I want to thank you.

M-21: We lured them in in the first place. If we didn't this wouldn't have happened to the kids.

Frankenstein: still, if you didn't go through all that, the kids wouldn't have made it.

M-21: I'm more curious about who you are. Mari and Jake were aces within the organization. I knew you three were strong, but I didn't expect you to get did of them that easily. And the organization doesn't seem to have information on you.

Mei: ...how many like you are out there. From what I know their were many like you.

M-21: ...none, now. No one left. The organization has many facilities. But I don't know how many subjects like me are out there. My colleagues and I stayed in one place, just me and M-24 survived out of 1 to 100.

Mei: ....I see...

Frankenstein: master, Mistress, will you two be going to the hospital to see the children?

Mei: you all can go without me. I'm staying here.

Frankenstein: mistress...?

Mei: I'm fine Frankenstein. I just want to rest for a bit and regain some of my energy. Send the kids my regards.

I looked at Rai and he was staring back at me.

He's worried too.

M-21: I feel sorry for the kids.

Frankenstein: and I'm sorry about your friends. He sacrificed himself and stalled time...if he didn't...

M-21: that dude won't regret it. He always had a soft spot for kids.

Mei: ...he loved you as if you were his own brother...even if he couldn't remember his own or if he had one.

I finally stood up from my seat.

M-21: How...did you...?

Mei: if not for the experiments...he might have been a most kind human being...all of you would have been.

M-21: ...

I turned on my heels and walked off.

Mei: tell the kids I said "hi".

When I got inside my room and closed the door, I plopped down on the bed.

Its very comfy.

After a while I sensed that Frankenstein, M-21, and Rai were gone. Wonder if Rai finally got it right and knew how to open a door...

820 years and that man is still slow at learning.

After I gain more life energy, I sat back up on the bed.

I need to take out this organization. The kids may still be in danger if Mari and Jake are dead and M-21 survived. They may send people after them.

Since everyone is gone, I can slip out and have time to get there before they realize where I had went.

I have to stop this Dr. Crombell.
