Chapter Two

Su Xiu decided to roam around in the northern area so she treaded on the north cobble stone pathway. Reaching the end of the northern path, Su Xiu stood in front of 4 small sized buildings, namely the : museum, town hall, general store and the bank.

Making her way on the town hall first, Su Xiu was surprised when she went inside only to find out that the space inside the room was wider than what its appearance outside. It was like she was inside a magical space of another magical space. She was happy to know that inside the spatial dimension there was also a spatial building in it. This was truly a sight to wonder and get amazed.

There was a contemporary office table and chair in the middle of the wide room. The surrounding walls had an installed huge frame of Su Xui as the space owner and a bulletin screen for status updates. There were also cabinets and shelves aside from the red carpet on the floor and the chandelier on the high ceiling. There was nothing else in this minimalist type of room.

Su Xiu looked up at the bulletin screen to check her space dimension status. She was sad to find out it was at level 0. In order to level up, she must complete certain tasks and quests. Currently at level 0, the available facilities Su Xiu can used include the town square, town hall, general store, museum, botanical garden and the bank. There were a total of 10 levels but each levels had a 10 sub - entry levels that needed to be completed in order to level up. Along with hidden tasks or quests completion, the spatial dimension could also be updated, making the items and facilities in the domain to become high end.

For level 1 levelling, Su Xiu needed to complete the task of familiarizing the function of all the available facilities in level 0. This task was easy especially for beginners. If Su Xiu managed to complete this task, then, new buildings will be unlocked and available to access. For level 1, the main house, warehouse and silo building will be opened to use. The good part of this was that all the necessary furniture and equipment will be installed automatically. Another good catch was that all the things to be used were contemporary so this will be a huge advantage especially in this era’s backward way of living.

Su Xiu looked for the information tab and pressed it. She wanted to know the things about the dimension and if she can transport her siblings her as well. After skimming the whole information, Su Xiu didn’t find any mishap. But first, she needed to level up to get the main house so they could have a nice and warm place to stay for this winter. The cave will never be safe especially in the forest area were wild beasts roamed around looking for places to hibernate or to cover from this heavy snow storm. Aside from that, there were also the problem for food shortage, breastfeeding, and lack of enough clothing to keep the siblings warmed.

From these reasons, her determination to level up skyrocketed. She pressed the level 1 tab and found out that her tasks were almost halfway to completion with the screen system marking it as 2/6. Su Xiu needed 4 more to level up.

Noticing the gold coin icon on the top of the screen, Su Xiu pressed it and found out she got 0 gold coins as of the moment. Thinking that there was a general store in the domain, it would be best if she can have money to spend on. Knowing that there was also a small sized bank building in the space, Su Xiu decided her next destination. She hoped that one of the uses of this bank building was borrowing or loaning money so that she can buy something useful in the general store later.

The bank building was stationed beside the left side of the town hall so Su Xiu did not walk too long. When she went inside the bank, the same scenario happened in the town hall. The room space was wider than its appearance outside. From this, Su Xiu already assumed that all buildings in the space domain were spatial dimension as well. There were two office tables and chairs in the room that were placed at opposite sides of the room. Both the two areas had a bulletin screen on them. The area on the left side of the room was about increasing the earning deposits by 5 gold coins per day. The higher the level, the higher the increase rate of deposits will be. 5 gold coins per day was not that bad since the amount of deposits will not affect its fixed number or increase rate. On the right side area of the room, was all about building upgrade into floor levels using gold coins. With its upgrade, each floor will have limitless room space and you can command the space system to create whatever type of room you want to be made in each floors. There were a total of 10 inaccessible space houses and a main house building that Su Xiu needed to unlock for her to avail this kind of room space upgrade and room floor upgrade.
