Chapter 134: First Conversation With Alabasta Kingdom Representative

"Don't be so nervous" Ars said with a smile looking at Bell whose face now looks a little nervous when facing him.

“How not to be nervous…” Bell sighed then continued, “Many people would like to be able to meet or just meet you, King Fortis. It's an honor for me to be sitting with you like this."

“Ah, I see” Ars nodded, “Well, before we start the conversation. Is there anything you'd like to eat or drink? It just so happened that it was still long enough for lunch time at this time. However, I already assume that these two kingdoms have established a cooperative relationship . Then, I'm sure Iowa must have explained a bit about the things your kingdom will get, right?”

Bell nodded, "Are we really going to get that mansion?"

“Of course” Ars nodded, “You don't have to pay anything for it. As long as your kingdom still has a cooperative relationship with our kingdom. You will get a house unit that can be used by the royal family.”

"I see." Bell nodded.

"The Octagon meeting will usually be held because there is one party who wants the meeting to be held because they want to discuss something or there is an urgent matter where the meeting must be held" Ars paused for a moment, "For the current situation itself, since your kingdom is currently building a working relationship same with our kingdom. The Octagon meeting will soon be held which aims to introduce your kingdom to other kingdoms and also facilitate a place where your kingdom can build cooperative relationships with other kingdoms.”

Ars paused for a moment and continued, “The plan, for this second Octagon meeting. Later it will be carried out when your King will come here to sign a cooperation agreement which is likely to happen next month”

"Next month?" Bell asked in confusion, “My apologies, King Fortis. Maybe this is a bit harsh. However, what can't be done this month?"

“It's hard to do it this month, Commander Bell” Ars shook his head, “Right now all parties especially those from other kingdoms are busy. I'm afraid if we call them to have an Octagon meeting. The schedules they have will collide with each other. At least, at the earliest, the Octagon meeting could be held at the beginning of next month.”
