"Somebody ain't do they job right!" I jabbed as soon as me and Tally got back into the crib.

The first person to greet us was Jayden. "Yooo," he carried out the 'O', "What happened?"

I jerked my head around to look at Tally and ushered her to tell him with my eyes.

"We were short...five fucking pounds bro," she confessed carefully. Immediately, the soft look that Jayden was giving us switched like the whole damn power had gone off.

He started looking around the house, and I assumed it was to see if anybody was around. "Y'all know Cig gone be pissed off, right?" He whispered to us.

This was his fucking fault!

I just knew it was. Now that I knew what I knew, anything bad that happened to me would immediately be linked back to him just because.

"Where he at?" I pressed Jayden. He didn't answer at first. He was just staring at us like we were fucked. I rolled my neck at him because he was starting to piss me off even more than I already was.

He sighed, and then I watched as he pointed to the mini movie theater that Cig had built into his house a few weeks ago.

I gently pushed Jayden out of my face and made my way over to the room that was off in the cut. I ignored how close both Jayden and Tally were following after me

When I reached for the doorknob it was locked. I knocked on the door as hard as I could, and when I didn't get an answer I yelled, "Cig! Open the damn door!"

A few seconds passed and we were all still standing outside the door looking stupid. I turned around to look at Jayden. "You ain't got no key or sum?"

He shook his head, looking like he was so innocent in the situation, but I still ain't trust his big forehead self.

"I got one," somebody had said, and I immediately knew who it was. I hadn't even noticed him until he said something, but Dee was standing at the top of the stairwell just looking at us.

All I could do was look at him with that same look I always gave people I was disgusted by. When he started approaching us, I couldn't help but notice the actual damage I had caused him.

His eye was all fucked up with a black bruise around it. His lip was swollen, to which you could still see the cut and how it was split down the middle.

I wondered what he told people. Honestly, I didn't care if they knew I did it. It was fuck everybody in this bitch at this point.

We all moved out of the way so he could unlock the door. It took him a few seconds cause his fingers were shaking for some reason, but when the door flew open, we all gasped at what we saw.

Cig was in the corner with his legs sprawled out. It was a girl in front of him giving him head and two other girls kissing.

Jayden started smiling, but me and Tally almost threw up.

"Shit!" We all heard Cig say before he tried to cover himself up.

"Unc, what 'da hell!" Tally yelled.

I couldn't help but notice that Princess And The Frog was playing on the screen...a kid's movie.

"You gotta be fucking wit' me," I said to nobody in particular. "Nuh uh—y'all all need to get the fuck out now! Me and my uncle need to have a talk."

The bass in my voice made all of them scatter out of the room like some damn mice.

"Hell naw! What's to y'all? Busting in on me like that!" He yelled at us.
