A loud scream erupted from (Y/N) room... She quickly got up and checked the time
"3:00am... Just what was that... A nightmare..? Ugh I feel exhausted..."
(Y/N) got up from her bed and made her way to the kitchen where she was going to get some water
When she finally arrived she tried to reach the cabinets but she couldn't so she tried to jump but again she was too short...
She tried to fly but realized the place was too small for her to flap her wings so she just gave up until...
"Need help?" Dark Pit asked leaning to the door
(Y/N) sighed and nodded
Dark Pit went next to her and grabbed a glass and pured some water in it
"Hey you okay? You look pale..."
(Y/N) sighed
I'm not okay...'
"I'm a-okay!" She said as she grabbed the glass
'Liar...'
"Nightmares?" Dark Pit asked raising a brow
'Yes...'
"Nope!"
'You're a liar...'
The voice inside (Y/N) just kept on going and going, telling her how horrible she was
"Don't lie (Y/N)... It's obvious that somethings wrong." He replied leaning towards the counter while raising a brow at the girl in front of him
"I've been having weird dreams and... It said something like Hades will be back and the underworld is going to attack again... Someone is either going to resurrect him or going to take his place... I'm really puzzled you know..."
Dark Pit sighed and took (Y/N)'s hand in his own and went outside
"Uhmm... Where are we going..?" The girl asked having a little trouble keeping up with Dark Pit's movements
Dark Pit still didn't answer
Instead of taking her to the classic lake he took her to a place he himself hated seeing
The place she died...
"Dark Pit... Why did you bring me here..."
He still didn't answer and sat down and patted next to himself signalling her to sit next to him
(Y/N) sat next to him and gave him a raised brow
"This is where you died..." Dark Pit mumbled looking up at the stars
(Y/N)'s eyes widened...
The person she used to be...
The person everyone loved...
She was here...
So was he...
"Since you died your soul dissappeared too... And since you had a part of Hades' soul he is fully gone now... Hades will not come back nor the Underworld... Alright..." Dark Pit looked at the girl
(Y/N) sighed and leaned forwards
"Was she really here..?" (Y/N) asked Dark Pit
"Who?" He raised a brow at the (H/C) hair coloured girl
"She... The old me..."
"Don't refer to yourself like that. You may have forgotten stuff but that doesn't make you another person of yourself... Know that."
"I just... Wish I knew what I was like... I want to remember my memories..."
"Lemme explain then... You were hotheaded and strong with a little salt on the side~" He joked
"What!? Really?!"
"Kinda yeah!" He started laughing
(Y/N)'s face quickly became beet red when she heard his laughter. It felt as if all her problems had been lifted away...
When Dark Pit's laughter died down he noticed the girl staring at him with red cheeks
"Hey why are you looking at me like that? Did I say something wrong?"
(Y/N) blinked and came back to reality again
"Wha-Uh-Huh n-no I-I was just thinking!"
"Uh-huh and what were you thinking~?" Dark Pit said leaning towards her, their noses almost touching
"N-nothing now shoo!" She pushed him so hard that he fell down
"Oh! Now it's on!"
He quickly got back up and attacked (Y/N) with tickles, pinning her to the ground at the moment
"N-NO DAK PIT STOP WHEEZE"
(Y/N) was laughing hysterically and was also wheezing like a dying whale
When they stopped they realized the position they were in so they quickly got up with red faces
"I swear your laugh is the most weirdest thing I've ever heard." Dark Pit said bluntly
"Well then you should hear Reipa's laugh. She sounds like a goddamn pig~"
She laughed at her own comment
"Wow geez laughing at my own joke I probably sounded pathetic~" She laughed again
"Nah that was just awkward~ anyways let's get back before Palutena starts screaming..."
They both went back to their rooms
He may be gone but I am still here
They might be mindless but I am
