"I can't believe this is happening! Does this mean what I'm thinking?..please god, let it mean it." I pray in my mind.

Although I know my father is still being known as a traitor and my brother, although now cleared of a crime he didn't commit, people will still refer to him as a traitor in their hearts because that's what they are made to believe.

I promise myself that soon I will find a way to clear their names and besides perhaps Min-jun might know the person who framed him and Father. I will have to ask him when the Empress sets him free.

I quit my thinking and began yelling at my fast beating heart to be quiet as the Empress began speaking.

"For bringing in Mandir outcast into Mandir ..I hereby sentence Sangyun to death." The Empress said and immediately two unknown guards entered the throne hall, bowed to the Empress and began dragging Sangyun out.

"Stop!" A very familiar voice said out loud which made me turn my head to the direction where the voice came from and indeed the owner of the voice is Kyung-sook just as I suspected. I began to wonder what she's planning to do as she began walking then kneeling when she reached the middle of the hall where the Emperor throne is.

"Sangyun is not the one who captured Kim Min-jun. Kim Min-jun was brought to him by one of the street vigilantes and Sangyun's poor brain didn't remember that Millin isn't part of Mandir, I guess because he was so glad by the reward he's going to be getting for bringing in a law breaker. He only had the intention of pleasing you ..Your Highness and he never intended on doing otherwise.

Please Your Highness don't let an innocent person suffer for a crime he didn't commit while the real culprit lives." Kyung-sook pleads as she goes back down on her knees again even though the Empress has told her to stand.

After a while of her ridiculous plea for justice which I didn't buy, few of the elders all went on their knees and began to beg the Empress to please set the real offender to justice and let the innocent go.

I watch the two guards who came in earlier to carry out the command given by the Empress as they all turn to the Empress waiting for her new order.

"Do I want Sangyun dead?" Of course because he wanted my brother dead and as far as he isn't going to be killed in my presents ..I'm fine with it. If what Kyung-sook said is true then I know the Empress will set Sangyun free and I actually don't want an innocent person to die so if Sangyun is innocent then I'd like it if the Empress sets him free.

Even if my wife dislikes her brother, she still loves her mother, I can see it in her eyes, she doesn't like that her mother is kneeling down in front of her and she doesn't like that what she's doing is making her unhappy.

god, why does Kyung-sook have to be her mother? She's so wicked.
