Act like I'm in love with him or else my brother dies; he had said but, But.. Why am I hesitating?

All I have ever wanted is for my brother to be set free and now he's promising me that.

"Lady Nana, don't believe him, he won't keep his words ..remember that his mother also promised you but up till now she's yet to fulfill it and besides she also wants him dead. They're planning on killing him afterwards." Jandi whispers to my ears in a panicked voice, scared that I'm going to give in to Sangyun's request which Is what I've decided to do.

"The Empress also wants him dead!" I mused in as mush as I wanted to shout this out loud. I turned to Jandi. "What if he really means it this time and besides I have to do anything as far as it can save my brother." I whispered back to Jan-di who immediately turned to look at me in the eyes while still shaking her head no as she whispers.

"Remember Aunt Yi, how she died, please tell the Empress the truth _please Lady Nana. The Empress loves you, she married you ..you an outcast who her father the Great Yi of Mandir banished but here you are, her wife, The Lagal consort."

I listen to Jandi speak, her eyes are seriously warning me not to give in to Sangyun's threats but can I do that?

Can I gamble with my brother's life and trust the so-called Empress love for me.. She was clearly angry that day that I brought up my relative's death and she believes that my brother murdered her father.

Oh god ..please tell me what to do. I'm so confused.

"What are you two mumbling about?" Sangyun asked from his seat. 

When we didn't reply to him, he got up and started coming towards us making my heart jump in fright. "What's going on in that evil mind of his?"

"What's he going to do?" I mused then sigh in relief when he walked past us and unlocked the door ..wait! something  is not right.

Why did he suddenly unlock the door?

Oh my goodness!, why's he now coming towards me again?

I watched him in fright as he walked up to me, he removed Jandi's hold on me and pushed her aside not caring that he could have hurt her, then he took her place but ..he is hugging me so tightly.

"Why is he even hugging me?" I ask myself in confusion but it seems like my mind is even more confused as it didn't come up with many answers for me to pick one out of them like it always does.

I feel Sangyun bend his head to my ears and whisper .."You love me Nana ..now act like it and put a smile on your face."

But I couldn't, I can't. I can feel Jan-di's glare at the side of my head and I know that if I turn my head again to look at her, she will be shaking her head - No.

"Don't touch me." I wanted to scream when Sangyun started wiping my face ..probably trying to wipe off my tears stained cheek but I couldn't so I swallowed it.

I close my eyes when I see the door opening, I know it's her but I can't look at her face ..worst, her eyes.
