~Still jjs pov~

The next morning, the sun woke me up. I opened my eyes seeing kie laying on my chest. She started moving and stretching.

"Please tell me your not drunk anymore" I begged quietly she let out a small smile "I am not" she replied

"What the hell happened yesterday?" She asked confused as she sat up

" You Tell me" I reasked her and she shrugged

"I got drunk- and oh we- d" she stuttered her thoughts out

"Guys? Can i come in or would I see ya naked?" Sarah joked and walked in
"I'm joking-" she added when she faced our annoyed faces

"But, hey- are you now a thing?" She asked smiling at us

"No-" me and kiara said in unison
And sarah rolled her eyes at me

"I thought you wanted to ask her out?" She whispered to me, and walked out

"Which restaurant?" I asked because I knew that kie heard that

"Nah nah nah, that's not how you'll ask me out" she smiled and stood up "I'll wait till you have a better idea j" she whispered walking away

Is she saying she want me to ask her out?
Ok I guess kiara isn't even trying to hide it from anyone anymore- that was definitely a sign.

I walked out and saw her almost taking a look at her phone. But before she could I stopped her

"Hey!" I shouted and she jumped a bit, turning around to see me

"What the hell? Don't come up on me like that" she said holding her heart

"Sorry" I whispered and she turned back to her phone but I again stopped her. I gripped her wrist and turned her back around

"Uhm?" She asked confused
"What do you want?" She added

"I need to tell you something" I said, I think telling her about the messages would be easier for her to process better than see your own mother text you that she don't want ya anymore.

"What is it?" She asked again.

I looked around, the others may not giving us attention but I felt like she didn't would want to find that out here.

"Could we? Like" I asked pointing with my head at our room

She raised her eyebrows nodding
"Sure" she whispered still confused.

We walked to our room and she sat down on the bed. I was walking around the room not knowing how to tell her.

"So? What is so important?" She asked and snapped me out of thoughts

I took a deep breath and started
"Yesterday, I saw a text your mom sended-" she interrupted me

"She called???" Kie asked suprised and a bit happier

"Kie-" I replied but she already looked at her phone... she read the messages carefully and tears filed her eyes

"Oh." She whispered looking down. And then throwing her phone on the bed. She buried her head in the palm of her hands crying.

I walked to her and hugged her, it may was weird cause she was sitting and I was standing-  she buried her head in my underbelly and cried. I hated how they made her feel. And I still can't understand why-

"Kie it's ok, they never change the fact how much we love you" I whispered emphasizing the "we"

"I don't need them" she sobbed
"But what if you leave someday? I can't lose you" she cried hugging me tighter
