The day where jj went to surgery came really fast and we all were shifting from nervous.
Me and jj haven't really spoke since the figth, it's been I think 2 days now.
We waited in the waiting room for 45 min and it felt like a lifetime. I just prayed nothing goes wrong.
"Kiara did you ask how long he'll be in there?" Pope asked sounding like he was about to cry
I shook my head, and the next thing I did was walking towards the information
"Hey excuse me, I have a question about jj maybank" I said
"Sure! How can I help you?" The nurse asked nicely
"How long will the surgery take?" I whispered
"About 2h ma'm. Is there anything else I could help with?" The nurse asked again
"No, thank you" I smiled and walked back to the others
"2 hours" I blurred out sitting again
They signed leaning back their heads
After almost 3 hours a doctor came running to us
"You here for jj- uhm maybank?" He asked nervously
"Yeah?" We all said standing up
"Well, we had some complications.. we are giving our best to make it work, I'm sorry" the doctor told.
"Wha- what do you mean?" John b asked laughing the tears away
"Veronica is all save now" that's the last thing the doctor said before running back into the surgery room, as the door opend all I heard was "clear" "Common boy" or something like " We're gonna lose him"
I started crying and throwed myself back into the chair
"No" Sarah cried holding her chest
"Shh, he'll be fine" John b replied crying aswell
"Please dont-" pope lost it walking back and forth as tears streamed down his face like waterfall
"I'm so sorry guys" cleo whispered holding my hand
I didn't care that everyone was watching us, probably feeling us.
"Please please please please" I begged to God waiting infront of the surgery door
"He's breathing again" a nurse came and calmed me
After all it's been 7 hours we were here.
We could see jj again!
"Hi" pope whispered
"You've been here all this time?" Jj asked
"Duh" cleo replied
"Doctor said I could leave tomorrow- "jj said
"What? Isn't that a bit to early?" John b asked
"Not for Yucatan" jj laughed
"I heard your mom is doing good now"
"Thanks to you, and don't forget she's your mother too" Sarah replied
"Hey uhm, do you know why she left Me?" Sarah added
"I do, yeah" jj responded
"Well, I heard that she made a new family, but I didn't know it was you. Anyway she got arrested for drug dealing sarah, I heard my dad talk with the cops because they thought we are her family." Jj explained
"So,arrested" Sarah said
"She came out of jail,a few months ago so I guess she won't make any trouble again" jj shrugged
I wondered why he knows so much about her....
it turned out that jj had to stay 3 more days because of the complications. And at the day we wanted to go sarah wanted to say/see Veronica
