In a small town in the Mortal Realm.
Clouds covered the sky and rain poured heavily on the ground, splashing onto the body of a man.
Eyes filled with tears, although at first glance, one would not be able to tell at all due to the rain.
Even with the sound of rain, his loud cries could be heard for miles, as the body of a woman laid motionless in his arms.
The man cradled her body as she meant the world to him. Her once pink lips were beginning to lose color as the coldness of the rain affected her. Despite being dead, the woman held a smile on her face, keeping her beauty alive.
She died with no regrets because she knew at least the man she loved most was alive.
Just as he was his world, the man was also her world. The two meant everything to each other.
Being born into two completely different social classes, the two fell in love and married, facing judgment from people of their own classes.
He, a mere Chinese commoner and she, a Thai princess.
Even with all the hate, the two remained strong and moved to a much secluded area where no one knew who they were. The most memorable experience happened in this small town, but it was also the worst.
Before her last breath, the woman muttered,
