Chapter 147: The Casey-Severide-Remington-Herrmann Lunch

Once we got done with our shift it was 8:00AM which gave us time to get ready for my family to come over. My Dad, Kellys Fathers Niff, his Adopted Parents Christopher and Cindy were already there. Voight is coming soon to get Kyle and Kelly is making food with Niff.

After a bit Voight gets to our house and takes Kyle with him. Once they were gone there was another knock on my door and I answered it.

Hey Christie, Jim, Steven and Miles-Lyle. I said as they came into the house.

Mother is coming she brought a friend and a lot of gifts. said Christie

Great, Niff get off the counter. I said

Hey Christie, Jim, Steven and Miles-Lyle. said Dad as he hugged them all and took Miles-Lyle.

Hey Dad. said Christie

Hey Gregory. said Jim and Steven

Hi Nonno. said Miles-Lyle

Hi Prince. said Dad

Hey Matthew, are any of your children here? asked Nancy

They are at school, Daycare and their Daideo(Irish, Grandpa) Void. I said

Oh, well I got them gifts. said Nancy

Okay we will make sure they get them. said Kelly as he kissed my check.

Baby Mouse, I broke your Spoon. said Jeff

Nick, can you take over while I say Hi to my In-Laws. said Kelly and he hugged everyone but Nancy and Dad who he hugged earlier.

I already did Baby Kitten. said Nick

Kelly, you didnt hug me. said Nancy

Sorry but you have a lot of things in your hands. said Kelly and another person came into our house. He then kisses Nancy and helps with the gifts.

So when is Lunch ready? asked Jim

Soon, why dont we go to the table. I said

Baby, Where do you keep the Apple Juice? asked Christopher

Its on the bottom shelf. said Kelly

Thank you Sevy. said Christopher and he got a sippy cup for Miles-Lyle.

So, Matthew, Im ever going to meet my Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren? asked Mother and my phone went off.

Sorry, I have to take this. I said and I went outside

Yes Susan? I asked

You are married to Kelly Severide right? asked Susan

Why did you call me? Im about to have lunch with my In-Laws and Family. I said

Severide didnt Legally adopted three of his children. said Susan

Look, my triplets are his just as much as they are mine. Now I have to go. Also He did. I said and hung up. I then sat down on one of the chairs and someone came up behind me.

Babe, Lunch is ready. said Kelly as he kissed my head and I got up. I then took his hand.

Just Susan, saying that Kelly didnt adopt our triplets. I said

Matt, he did and you know that you can tell the others. said Jeff as we sat down.

Yes, I might tell her that I cant work with her anymore. This isnt the first time she has done something like this. I said and Kelly gave my hand a squeeze.
