Slowly opening her eyes she woke up as sun rays disturbed her not so peaceful sleep. His warmth was not there to comfort her, to let her sleep peacefully. She misses his securely wrapped hands around her. Sitting up on the bed, she gulped sadly.

Annika's pov

Why are you doing this to me shivaay? what happened to you all of a sudden? Why are behaving strangely? Why are you creating unnecessary commotion between us all the day and leaving me in this room alone? Whenever I try to speak, you don't listen to me. What have I done now?

The next I could feel something hot on my cheek. I rubbed my fingers there and find them wet by my tears. He keeping distance from her was hurting her like anything.

Unknown to her fact that her shivaay knew nothing, all the deeds were Mahi's. Composing herself, she got down the bed to freshen up

Annika was all silent at the breakfast table. Mahi steals glances from her. He didn't want to create a problem between shivaay and annika. He is not so cruel to take advantage of the situation and sleep with someone else's wife. He couldn't even think of it. To stay away from her, he had to fight with her unnecessarily all night. He silently followed her when she left the breakfast table without uttering a single word. Sadness was clearly visible on her face

M: annika...
He called out when she was about to enter her room
'I am sorry. Woh..'
He began to clarify as she stood there paying him attention

A: don't be sorry shivaay. You will do the same tonight also. No need to waste your energy. I won't disturb you anymore. You can avoid me as much as you want.
She says not turning behind to face him. He could hear her voice being choked. After a moment of silence, she turned to face him
'You could have told me what have I done wrong, at least'
At the end of her words. She cried bitterly. Face turned red and tears flowed profusely. Mahi stood there numb. He had nothing to specify.
'Happy to know that you can even bear my tears now'
She smiled sarcastically and went inside before closing the door on his face

M: she is so emotional yaar. How I am gonna manage her! Mom doesn't understand my side. She could easily say to act as annika's husband
Being frustrated he went away

Annika was crying silently recalling her happy moments with shivaay. She missed every damn thing. She couldn't bear his behavior which was out of the limit now. All of a sudden, she felt like vomiting. Covering her mouth she rushed inside the washroom. Throwing up all that she had eaten at breakfast, she seems tired. Rubbing her chest, she made herself calm. She has been noticing some changes for a few days. The dizziness she feels out of nowhere, vomiting, besides she hasn't gotten her periods this month. Her hands reached her stomach while her lips stirred to form a small smile

A: am.. I pre...
She hides her smile suddenly
'No annika. Don't expect much. If it's not so. You will feel offended. I need to test first'

She goes out to buy a pregnancy test herself as she doesn't want to give false hopes to anybody before confirming it

There she is waiting for the red lines to show up. Her hands joined to pray it to be positive. She squealed in joy as her eyes caught the sight of two red lines.
