Annika entered in Oberoi mansion. A constant blush never left her face. The thoughts of yesterday's incident were making it difficult for her to hide the blush. God knows when she slept after staring at their chat for a long time. Her gaze was fixed on the floor. She knows it will be awkward to face shivaay today. Suddenly, her heart thumped in the same way It used to happen when he is around her. She raised her eyelashes to see a shivaay who was constantly staring at her, plastering a mischievous smile on his face. He winked at her. God, her heart raced like it's gonna blast in next second. She turned her gaze and escaped as soon as possible.

Annika was passing in front dadi's room.

D: annika putter. Come here please
She called annika

A: what dadi?
She asked while stepping inside the room

D: I left behind my syrup in the kitchen. Can you take it for me please

A: of course dadi. But please, don't plead to me. It doesn't suite

D: ok darling

Annika left with a satisfied smile and was about to enter in kitchen. Oh God, shivaay is there. She faded her smile and tried to act like she didn't see him. She took the syrup from the slab and turned to go. She thanked God, nothing happened which makes the atmosphere awkward.
'Aahh' shivaay winced in pain when his palm burned due to the hot pot. Annika rushed towards him without thinking twice

A: show me
She securely held his palm making sure that her touch doesn't hurt him more. His white skin has turned to dark red which made her worried
' what have you done shivaay. Look how much it burned. Stay here. I will come taking the first aid. Don't go anywhere ' she ordered like a mother does to her son and went. After a while, she rushed inside with a first aid box and began to apply ointment on his palm. All the while, shivaay just admired her care, forgetting about his pain

'Where was your attention haa?'
Came her taunt

S: on you

This man, only he can raise the beat of her heart

A: ta..ke care
She left his hand and turned to go but only to be stopped by his grip on her wrist. She looks behind to face him

S: won't you be with me to take care of me for the rest of my life.

A: shivaay leave me. anybody will come and see

S: ok. I will leave you. But answer me with one question. Isn't all these prove your love for me. Isn't it love?

She breathed heavily. Shivaay grinned noticing his effect on her. The atmosphere was silent for a while

S: annika. Yes or no?

A: no. It.. Is not
She looked behind him something particular and answers. Shivaay's face fell and his grip loosened. It was damn unexpected from her

S; are.. you sure?

A: hmm

S: ok. I won't for..ce you
His voice choked and a layer of tear formed in his eyes. He turned behind to hide the tears from her

Some kind of current ran through his vein when her soft lips touched his left cheek.
A: I love you too billuji
She whispered in his ear and ran out leaving a shocked shivaay behind. His fingers caressed where she kissed him. He does grin like a lovesick teenager.
