A huge building of Kapoor industries. Few female staffs are seen to be stopped in the midway of the down floor. Their eyes were glued in the same direction. Like a statue, they stood there motionless. Suddenly, someone pushed them off from behind and made way for her ' what are you guys doing here' she asked from her colleagues, better to say her friends. None replied to her. At last, she followed their gaze and she saw him. A blue-eyed man walks after enquiring something from the receptionist. His blue eyes and charming face has the ability to make any girl fall for him. Her heart skipped a beat when he passed a formal smile to a random guy. Uff that smile on his pink lips. Right now she was copying her friend's actions. She was lost in him

G: how handsome, hot....
She whispered being in her imaginary world. Her eyes followed him until he got on to lift

G2: I should have waited for him before dating Siddharth
Mallika whined which broke others daydream

G3 dramatically wept looking at her engagement ring
'How could be god so cruel to him. Gauri how unlucky you are'
She said to herself

G4: but I have a chance guys...
Bhavya exclaimed with a grin

G: heyy... Don't think much. He is mine
Annika warned making bhavya pout

B: that's not fair annika. How can you say like that? I also like him. Look how handsome he is

A: ok then. Let's see whose he is. At least We both can try.

Bhavya looked disappointed annika smirked at her
A: my dear shy girl, be ready to lose

Bhavya was never bold as annika is. She would never be enough brave to even approach him, annika was sure regarding it it.

Opening the door of his cabin she asked in a formal tone

A: may I come in?

B: yeah..
He replied instantly

A: are you busy with something?
Playing a smile on her lips, she stepped slowly towards his table

B: no, I just joined now so..
He smiles a bit

A: by the way we are in the same department. So let's be acknowledged to each other. I'm annika. Annika Rajput
She forwarded her hand with a wide smile on her face. He glanced at her hand before smiling hesitantly. He refused to hold her hand

S: I'm shivaay
He replies casually. Disappointed annika pulled back her hand

A: I'm taking your leave now
As the atmosphere turned awkward for both of them she decided to leave

Shivaay hummed lightly.

M: what?! did he even refuse a formal handshake.
Mallika laughed where annika nodded slowly yet sadly

B: then leave him. I don't think he is possible

A: but I'm not going to leave him
Annika says being lost in thoughts

G: girl I suggest you don't waste your time

A: but I'm not someone who gives up very easily

M: I agree with Gauri

A: you guys don't need to support me. I have my own way. Also, we will be dating within a month. I bet
She smirked

B: do you think it's very easy. I'm giving up. He is all yours
Bhavya accepted her defeat
