The story starts when Bondita runs from her marriage with the help of Anirudh but they got caught at the railway station by Thakuma
Thakuma ( shouting) - Bondita!!!
Sharam nahi aati tujhe apni hi shaadi se hi bhaag Rahi hai. Aree hamari nahi toh apni ma ka toh khayal kiya hota.
Bondita - meri marji ke bina Mera vivah karte vakt apne socha tha thakuma ? Mujhe ye vivah nahi karna. Mujhe apna aur mere Sakha babu ka sapna pura karna hai, Barrister Babu Bondita bannaa hai
Thakuma - thodi baat thodi laat tabhi samjhe auraat jaat. Bondita aurat bhale hi barrister Babu ban jaaye ya dactar (doctor) uski asli kamyabi ek acchi patni banne mein hoti hai. Tu abhi mere sath Ghar chalegi aur Chandrachur ji se vivah karegi.
Thakuma comes and holds Bondita's hands but Bondita jerked off her hand and holds Anirudh's hand
Bondita (shouting) - Nahi ! nahi jaungi mein apke sath aur na hi vivah karungi.
Thakuma (smirkingly) - mujhe pata tha Bondita ki tu itni asaani se nahi manegi isliye mein daroga sahab ko bhi laayi hu. Chup chap mere sath chal varna tera ye Sakha babu jail mein sadega.
Bondita( smirkingly) - jisse bulana hai bula lijiye mein bhi dekhti hu mere Sakha babu ko kon haath lagata hai.
By this attitude of Bondita, Thakuma becomes shock but still she called the inspector.
Thakuma - daroga sahab giraftar kar lijiye is Anirudh ko , hamari ghar ki beti ko agva karke le Jaa rha tha.
Just when inspector was about to arrest Anirudh, Bondita shouted.
Bondita (shouting) - Ruk jaiye inspector! AAP inhe giraftar nahi kar sakte.
Inspector (chuckling) - aur mein vo kyu nahi kar sakta? Dekh ladki tu abhi bacchi hai tujhe nahi pata ki shaadi se bhagna kya hota hai. Ye barrister teri zindagi barbaad kar dega.
Bondita (shouting) - Bass!! Mere Sakha Babu ke khilaf ek shabd bhi kaha toh mujhse bura koi nahi hoga.
Aur rahi baat Sakha babu ko giraftar karne ki toh ye lijiye.
Bondita opens her bag and handed over some papers to the inspector.
Inspector - Hume maaf kar dijiye Barrister babu aap jaa sakte hai.
From this Thakuma becomes shock!!
Bondita - inspector mujhe Thakuma aur unke parivar se suraksha chahiye
Inspector - ji hum apko kalkatta port tak suraksha denge
Bondita - shukriya
Thakuma (shockingly) - aree daroga sahab aap inhe jaane kese de rahe hai. Iss bondita ne apko Aisa kya dikhaya hai?
Inspector - Kalindi ji apke kehne par hum inhe giraftar karne aaye the par inke pass adaalat ke kaagzaat hai. Inme saaf likha hai ki Barrister Babu Bondita ke guardian hai, vo jaha chaahe usse vaha le ja sakte hai aur koi bhi unhe Bondita se Milne se nahi rok sakta. AAP bhi nahi.
From this Kalindi becomes shock. They were about to go but Anirudh stopped in middle. Bondita gave him a questioning look to which Anirudh answered.
Anirudh (softly) - Bravo Bondita! I am proud of you! Aaj jiss tarah tumne ye situation sambhali hai shayad mein bhi na kar pata. Mujhe tum par garv hai.
Bondita ( smilingly) - Thank you Sakha babu. Ab chale ?
Anirudh (smilingly) - Ha chalo
They were about to leave just then Thakuma's voice echoed in their ears.
Thakuma (shouting) - Bondita agar aaj tu iss Roy Choudhury ke saath chaali gayi toh hum tujhse saare rishte Tod denge !
On this Anirudh becomes tensed because neither he wanted Bondita to sacrifice her family for their dream nor he wanted Bondita to get married. He looked at Bondita. Bondita who looked at the tensed face of Anirudh and realised for what he is stressed for. Bondita gave an asurring smile to Anirudh and turned to give the reply.
Bondita - thik hai Thakuma agar apka yahi faisla hai toh mein isse svikar karti hu. Mein hamare sapne ke liye apne pariwar ka tyag karti hu. Aaj se mera Das pariwar ke sath koi rishta nahi hai !!
Anirudh was on cloud nine hearing this. He realised that Bondita was more mature of that of her age.
Thakuma never thought that Bondita would sacrifice her family for her dreams. She just thought to trap Bondita in her words. She tried to emotionally blackmail her like before this time she failed.
Saying this they both left. Anirudh left Bondita at London with a promise that they wouldn't be contacting each other for Bondita's safety. However Bondita who opposed Anirudh's decision at first agreed after Anirudh asked the promise as his Gurudakshina.
Anirudh with broken heart bid a farewell to Bondita and returned India .
