The ride home became awkward as both of us said nothing. We arrived back at the mansion and Joey held my hand whilst opening the great mansion doors, he let go of my hand and said.
"Why didn't you tell me that you were going to a gathering?. You were being bullied as well I can't believe this!."
He said it so angrily it looked like he was genuinely upset. Nobody in my whole life cared and suddenly such an important person cares I couldn't help but let a little smile appear.
Joey stared then ended up laughing
"Hey! What's with the smile are you happy that someone was mean to you?"
I couldn't help but just stare at him when he laughed, he looked so handsome and cute.
"Joey we have a problem now that you created!"
Joey looked at me with a serious face "what is it?". He looked a little confused even though he was the one that started this problem.
"Uhm maybe the fact you said we were engaged!" Joey then frowned and said,
"well that is an issue". I wanted to lighten the mood because I hated seeing Joey so serious.
"Haha, Joey the wedding is going to be a blast!-"
Then before I could say anything else Joey's mother walked in and she looked so happy.
"I can't believe this you two are getting married!" She sounded so excited. I looked at Joey and Joey looked at me.
I had just started a big mess!
