I walked into the room, just got done taking a shower seeing Benji playing his game that was connected to my tv while Hendrix sat on his lap staring, wide awake
"Why you ain't sleep yet boy?" I groaned, closing the door behind me and the room grew dark besides the light from the bright ass tv "you gave him a bottle?"
"Yeah" Benji answered, half ass paying attention to me. I started to grab Hendrix from off of his lap and he pushed me away "Whatchu doing?"
"Getting my son"
"We good. Go talk to Lani or some"
I sucked my teeth "Lani in her room caking"
"With who?"
I shrugged "ion know but ima find out. I already told her that"
"Well go find out right now" Benji told me "me and my son bonding right now"
"Over 2K?"
He nodded and I rolled my eyes, walking out of the room going down the hall to Lani's room. She was in the bed on FaceTime but looked up at me
"Bout time you got out the shower"
"I wasn't even in there long"
"Yes you was"
"That karma?" The boy she was on the phone with asked and I frowned
"Who is that?"
"Scooter" she told me, referring to the boy she used to talk to when I moved out here
"Oh"
"Look at her rude ass. Ready to talk shit" scooter said as I walked over to the bed and looked in the camera
"Shut up. I had to make sure cause you know people don't like me. You and Lani back on again?"
"I'm tryin but she wanna break a nigga heart again"
Lani sucked her teeth "boy YOU stopped talkin to me. You broke my heart if anything"
"I stopped talkin to you cause you said you wanted space"
"Well.."
I laughed and shook my head "bye! I'm bout to go take my baby. Benji can kiss my ass"
"He won't let you get Hendrix ain it?"
"Oh I did hear you had a baby" scooter said and I looked in the camera again
"If you would've stayed around you would've known"
"Mannn I already told you, that was yo sister"

"Kay!" Benji yelled my name
"Hendrix probably took a shit and he don't wanna change it"
"Most likely" I agreed with Lani "but when I take my son he ain gettin him back"
I left out of Lani's room and went back into mine. Benji was still playing the game with Hendrix in his lap and he must have really been currently shitting because his face was concentrating and Benji had his nose scrunched up
"What Dimitri"
"Getcho stank ass son"
"Oh so now he's my son?"
"Yeah. Get him"
I picked Hendrix up and kissed his cheek
"You see how yo daddy give you up when you shit on yourself"
"Cause that nigga smell like a grown ass man"
"Don't hate cause my son is more of a grown man than you"
"Got me fucked up" Benji muttered while he continued to play the game. I waited for Hendrix to finish using the bathroom then laid him on the bed and changed his diaper
"Man shit" Benji cursed while tossing the controller to the side and I laughed. That's what his ass get
He looked back at me as I finished Hendrix's diaper and buttoned his onesie back up
"Hendrix you stank as fuck"
"Shut up and throw that in that diaper thing" I tossed the diaper at him "you know my momma asked about London"
"And Whatchu told her?" Benji asked while he threw the diaper away and I picked Hendrix up
"I just told her me and her got into it over her saying some ignorant shit. I ain go into details cause my momma ask a lotta questions"
Benji closed the door and took his shirt off while I got in the bed with Hendrix, laying him back on the pillow beside me as Benji laid on the other side of him and pulled his phone out of his pocket before looking at Hendrix
"Yo little ass better get used to that crib I spent 7 hours putting up"
"Don't talk to my baby like that. Why you tryina kick him out the bed? He ain sleep so he good right here"
"No he ain't. You know what we used to be doing at times like this before he came"
"Well he's here now so YOU can wait on all of that. Plus that's the reason why he here now"
"No. YOU the reason why he here" Benji told me and I cocked my head to the side
"NO! Because I always made sure we used condoms. If YOUR fault for letting it break"
Benji started muttering under his breath

"Cause, why would I hurt yo family members like that?" I asked him and he thought about it for a minute before sucking his teeth

I pushed him a little "don't play my sister. She fine as hell just like me"

"Nasty ass..come on Hendrix" I picked him up and laid him on top of me "ion want you next to yo nasty ass daddy. He might rub off on you and I ain got time" I told him as Benji laughed
