2) Foundation Establishment Realm [ lifespan: 100 years ]
3) Core Formation Realm [ lifespan: 200 years ]
4) Golden Core Realm [ lifespan: 200 years ]
5) Nascent Soul Realm [ lifespan: 300 years ]
6) Soul Refinement Realm [ lifespan: 300 years ]
7) Essence Realm [ lifespan: 500 years ]
8) Void Realm [ lifespan: 750 years ]
9) Firmament Cloud Realm [ lifespan: 1000 years ]
10) Skyscraping Realm [ lifespan: 2000 years ]
11) Empyrean Realm [ lifespan: 5000 years ]

Each major realms have 9 minor realms called levels.
Level 1-3 are referred as initial stages.
Level 4-6 are referred as middle stages.
Leve 7-9 are referred as late stages .
