Peace was home alone watching TV. Amaru was at Eboni's house, and she hadn't talked to Von since the encounter at her home two weeks ago. It took a little getting used to since they basically went from attached at the hip to not talking at all. She was a little sad but she'd never let it show since she wasn't the reason that they weren't talking anymore.
Peace had sent Amaru to Eboni's house so she could pack their bags for their trip. His birthday was two days away and they were leaving tomorrow. He was still oblivious to the fact that they were going some where out of town which she was excited about.
