Buggy and Mr. 3 took advantage of the environment and sneaked their way back Level 3, and then to Level 2. When they noticed that everything around was getting calmed, with the help of Mr.3's wax - wax fruit powers to make duplicate keys for the cells, so that they can escape to Level 1 easily. "Those Intruders, freed Crocodile and went to Level 5 through that hole," Shiryu informed,
