"Jacob, Jacob, wake up!"

I watch as Jacob begins to stir awake and he sits up.

"What's going on?" He asks, eyes half awake and i watch as he focuses onto my face and he jumps out of bed "Hey, hey, what's wrong?" He asks me after seeing my face.

"It's Bella" I say as he rubs my arms "Some vampire came into Dad's house last night, the Cullens don't know who it is and-" I start to rush my words

"Hey, it's ok, slow down" Jacob says, trying to calm me

"Dad was sleeping on the couch... they could have killed my Dad Jake"

After arriving at Dad's house i walk up the steps and i open the door, to reveal Edward and Bella sitting in the living room.

"Hey" I say to Bella as she hugs me and i'm pretty sure that Jacob and Edward are giving each other glares behind me.

I pull back from hugging her and i stand next to Jake.

"I'll meet you guys outside" Edward says as he walks outside "Just sniff around the place, see if you can recognise the intruder" He says to us as he shuts the door.

"Bella" I say, turning to her "What did you tell Dad?" I ask her

"Nothing" She says "We told Dad nothing, he doesn't need to know that some random vampire broke in here and saw him sleeping" Bella says

"You're right, it's probably for the best" I say as she nods and we all walk up stairs to try to get more sent of the vampire.

After a minute we all walk back down the stairs and out the front door.

"Whoever it was, he left a stink behind" Jacob tells Edward "It'll be hard to miss when we cross it again... We'll handle it from here"

"We don't need you to handle it, or anyone" Edward says and i role my eyes

"I couldn't care less about what you need" I say to him "I care about what's best for my Dad"

"No, We're done here" He says

"No you-" Jacob begins to say

"-Stop!" Bella says, coming in between Jacob and Edward "From now on, i'm Switzerland ok?" Bella says and i look at her, hurt, but mostly shocked

"You think this is all about you?" I ask her

"He's after me-" Bella begins to say, but i cut her off

"He may be after you, but he could have hurt our Dad, my Dad, Bella... not everything's about you and your safety, trust me, Jacob couldn't care less about Edward and you.. he's only doing this, because i convinced him to, because you're my sister" I say

"You think he's only doing this, because i'm your sister?" Bella says as she steps closer to me

"Yes, why else would he want to help you?" I say, stepping closer to her as well

"Maybe ask him about who he had a 5 year crush on, before he met you!" She shouts at me

Edward pulls Bella back and Jacob does the same to me, i turn to him, seething with anger

"Is it true?!" I ask him

"You know that imprinting is more powerful then a crush Kate" He says to me

"You were with my sister?"

"I wasn't with her, i just liked her, but as soon as i met you, you were all i cared about, i promise"

"We're talking about this later" I say as i walk off to his motorbike and i wait for him to get on.
