Did you know, that while there is no such thing as cash-cards for paypal, you can transfer money to your paypal account using pay-safe cards, with a neat little trick?
If one were, for example to register with an online betting service, that accepted pay-safe, and were to redeem, let's say... a $100 pay-safe card, one could place a simple cheap bet.
Betting sites generally offer to transfer your winnings not only to a regular bank account, but will also send your money to your paypal account.
Once you have placed a bet, no matter if won or lost, what ever sum is registered with your account is considered your 'winnings' and after a short waiting period can be transferred to your paypal account.
