I woke up and smiled, a bitch is finally 21.
It's a shocker that just a few years ago I didn't see the purpose of living but today I'm so happy to be alive and thank God for blessing me with another year.
My phone rang, it was the gang.
"Happy Birthday!". They screamed
"Thank you, y'all". I said
"How you feeling, you good?". Nessa asked
I nodded my head, "Yeah, I'm finally 21"
"You ain't a yougin nomore". Xan said
I shook my head, "Nah, I'm fully grown now"
"Nope you still a youngin, Simone". Tion yelled
I smacked my mouth, "Stop throwing my government"
"The phone's a fed". Von said
I shook my head, "Exactly what I'm thinking"
Diya cleared her throat, "So what time you reserved the breakfast for"
"For nine, I been up since six". Tion said
I yawned, "I woke up just now so lemme get ready"
"You do you girl, get ready". Nay said
"Happy birthday, Simone". Semaj said
I blushed, "Thank you Semaj"
"So he can use the government but I can't". Tion sucked his teeth
Semaj chuckled, "You ain't me, nigga"
"He's her cousin basically her brother, bih". Ty said
I shook my head, "That don't mean nun, I'll meet y'all there"
"Nah, Nessa finna pick you up". Tion said
"Be ready cause I'm almost done". Nessa yelled
Tion sucked his teeth, "She lying, she just came out the shower". He said making me laugh
I chuckled, "Ayt, call me when you get here, Nessa"
"Okay". Nessa yelled
I got out of bed, "See y'all". I said
"Bye, happy birthday". Maddy said
"Thank you". I hung up immediately getting a call from my mum, I answered.
"Happy birthday Laysia". She said happily
I smiled, "Thanks ma"
She chuckled, "You know ion do these speeches but I love you". I said
I laughed, "Love you too". I said
"You'll get your present on Christmas, enjoy your day". She sid
I smiled, "Thank you ma"
"Bye baby". She blew kisses through the phone
I smiled, "Bye ma". I hung up
I made my bed and went to the bathroom to brush my teeth.
I stripped out of my pajamas and washed my hair before showering.
I got out drying my hair and body and did my daily skincare routine.
I went into my room moisturizing my body looking for a comfortable outfit because it's gonna be a chill day.
I'm gonna get breakfast with the gang, a massage then Semaj is taking me out for dinner so I needa find outfit for that but I'll do that later.
