                      HER DARKENED GAZE WAS AS PERCEPTIVE AS EVER AS SHE WATCHED SAM AND DEAN PRACTICALLY BOUNCE AROUND THE MOTEL ROOM, packing their possessions and belongings swiftly.

Lux swiftly came to the conclusion that the hunting due were used to speedily packing up and going, moving from town to town, something she found impressing in one sense, but rather daunting and depressing in another.

She couldn't help but wonder how many different run-down motel rooms Sam and Dean had stayed in.

Perhaps it was a double figure, maybe even a triple figure, she wasn't quite sure as after all, Dean had told her that he and Sam had been hunting with their father since they were children

He had also told her that even though he fortunately had his brother by his side, and Castiel, being a hunter meant a lonely, secluded life.

No wife or husband to dote on, no children to nurture and care for, no white picked house to call home, nothing that would tie them down.
