You know, just imagine how you would feel in Shuriken's position. Haha... horrible. Anyways, Shuriken bought alcohol from the store, and he wanted to try out being drunk. He was pretty depressed enough but kept being alive for Vine Staff. He didn't know if he was going insane or not but believed that Vine Staff was actually talking to him.

        Katana was already in the hospital, so Shuriken was the only resident in Thieves Den. He was alone now, and it didn't seem like any new phighters were going to join Theieves' Den anyway.

         Shuriken took the first sip of alcohol. It tasted bitter, but Shuriken felt addicted to it. When Shuriken was finally done, he had only drank half of the bottle of wine. Shuriken was passed out from all the drinking and was sleeping on the floor.

         Rocket felt a little suspicious when Shuriken stopped showing up to phights, and asked Slingshot if they could visit him.

       "But he kicked me out of Theives' Den!" Slingshot protested, obviously not wanting to go.

        "Fine, I'll go alone!" Rocket decided. He turned his back away from Slingshot and bossily made his way out of the house. Slingshot felt a little guilty and followed Rocket. Rocket looked stubborn for the first few minutes of the walk. They weren't engaging in any conversations, so they were just awkwardly walking together.

        "Sorry...," Slingshot apologized, he felt a little pissed that Rocket was stubborn, but it was whatever. "I didn't mean to get mad."

       Rocket seemed to soften, and forgave him, "It's okay." Rocket was quiet for a few seconds before admitting, "I'm sorry too." Then the both of them seemed to be nice again but kept walking in silence. The walk was peaceful for the rest of the time, the squeaks and quacks from the birds made it more calmer.

        They passed under a tree, and a leaf fell on Rocket's head, which got caught in his hair, but he didn't notice it. When Slingshot noticed, he giggled and took out the leaf. Rocket blushed slightly and felt embarrassed.

       When they got to the Thieves Den house, they realized it pretty much looked depressing. As if it was all black and white in real life. Rocket looked into Slingshot's eyes, which he looked back, and made sure he wasn't insane. What could've happened? Was Vine Staff okay? Was her curse alright? What was with Shuriken? Now that Rocket thought of it... none of the siblings were showing up to phights. What could've happened in this house?
