"HEY MAXINE..WHAT ARE WE?" BRADY ASKED ME, CATCHING ME OFF GUARD.
i looked down at him, his eyes glued to the ground when he asked the questions. he was avoiding my eyes and he felt nervous.
putting my hand on his cheek, i rubbed my thumb on his soft skin and smiled. i turned his head so that he was looking at me.
"is there an us?" he questions.
"of courses there's an us, brady. there will always be an us. i could never think of having this with anyone else but you." i reassured him, running my hands through his hair.
he gave me a smile. "so..is this a good time for me to ask you if you wanna be my girlfriend again?" i let out a laugh.
"yes brady." i rolled my eyes and he grinned ear to ear.
"really? if you think we're moving too fast then we can slow it down. i don't want you to feel like you have to say yes, i mean—"
