Without a second thought, i vamp speed out of the family room and straight to the kitchen where i knew my babies would be. As soon as I'm in the kitchen, i pick up Flora and Fiona, putting them on my hips, and then i stand in the corner of the kitchen, constantly looking around for danger. I see Aro, Charlotte, and Peter looking at each other, communicating through their eyes, and then Peter tries coming closer, only for me to snarl at him as i hold my girls tighter. Peter steps back in complete shock only for Charlotte to step forward, but this time, i don't react, and i could see the hurt in Peters eyes. I would have comforted him there and then, but tight now, my main focus is keeping my girls safe from and male in this damn place.
"Payton, you need to listen to me and remember who i am. I'm Peter, sugar, and you know i would never, and i mean never hurt your girls. You know me, Payton. I'm your goofy soul brother who, on more than one occasion, let the girls dress me up as a princess and played tea parties with them. I am not the enemy and will never be the enemy, and you know that deep down inside. I understand your protective instincts have kicked in, and that is understandable, but you know Charlotte, Aro, and myself would never hurt or take Flora and Fiona from you." Peter said as he took a step closer to me as Alice and Jasper appeared in the kitchen
"Darlin, whatever is going on in that head of yours, push it a side and think logically. You know what the next steps would be, and you know how to protect Fiona and Flora. I didn't teach you everything i know just for you to return to the darkness. I taught you so you could fight your fears, which is what you want to do. You told me you wanted to fight to protect your girls, so think logically and fight like the strong mama you are." Jasper said softly, standing in his military stance
"I need grandfather to take Charlotte somewhere safe where she can watch Fiona and Flora. Then i need Peter, Jasper, and Alice to come with me to the throne room where i will end all of this once and for all." I said, snapping out of protective parental mode.
"I can do that, i know the perfect place." Aro said with a small smile
"Are you sure about this honey." Charlotte asked worriedly
"If it means protecting my daughters, then i have never been more sure of anything in my life, Char. This needs to end now before someone i love gets hurt, and i will not allow him to hurt anyone else." I said, stepping towards her so she could take Flora and Fiona
"Give him hell, honey." She said as she put Fiona on her hip
"I plan on it, just keep my daughters safe." I said, placing Flora on her other hip
"I promise." She said, then vamp speeds away following Aro
"What's the plan, sugar?" Peter asked as he stood in his military stance
"It needs to be a well thought plan, darlin. We can not let him slip away again." Jasper said thoughtfully
"Just follow my lead. The walls may have ears. Just don't stop me and follow my lead. That's all i ask." I said sternly, and Alice nodded with a small smile
"Yes, ma'am." They both said then all three of us vamp speed to the throne room
When Alice, Jasper, Peter, and I get to the throne, i see Caius, Marcus, Jane, Alec, Demetri, Felix, and Emmett standing all around the room in various places. I stand in the middle of the room as Alice, Jasper, and Peter stand behind me just as i signalled for everyone to be quiet. Everyone nods their heads, and i take some deep breaths to control my nervousness to face my number one fear. Then i copied Peter and Jasper by standing in a military stance, putting on a mask to hide my emotions so he couldn't use them against me.
"I have a message for the son of a bitch who hurt me. He knows who he is, and i sure as hell know he can hear me so let me get straight to the point. Get your vile ass to the throne room and finish what you're good for nothing ass started over a year ago. I'm not going to run or hide anymore. You want to end me! You want to make me feel pain, then get your ass in here. This is your one and only chance!" I said coldly, knowing he could hear me
"If it isn't my little toy coming back for more." He suddenly appears in front of me, making everyone snarl
"TOY! TOY! MY DAUGHTER ISN'T YOUR TOY!" Caius yelled but then instantly shut his mouth when i sent him a glare
"Who said i wanted more. You're the one that came to me. I didn't go to you, so be a good puppy and shut up." I said without any emotion
"I'M NOT A PUPPY!" He yelled as he charged at me, and i rolled my eyes side stepping his attack
"And i'm no longer your toy. The weak, defenceless human is long gone. I'm now the princess and soon to be queen of the volturi. You will pay for your crimes against me and any other person you may have hurt." I said in a deadly tone
As quick as a flash, i grab his throat and pin him to the nearest wall, which happened to be the wall Marcus and Caius were leaning against. They pin his arms to his sides so he can't push me away or prevent me from getting my own justice. I smirk as i throw him over my shoulder, making him scream in terror and pain since his arms are ripped from his body. I quickly take his arms from Caius and Marcus, who are looking at ne worriedly, but i ignore them. When he lands on the ground, Jasper and Peter rush over to him and pin his legs down, snarling at him as i stalk over to the fireplace holding his arms.
"The marvellous thing about being a vampire is that when our limbs are removed, we can still feel everything that is done to said limbs. So i can make you feel the same burning feeling i have had to go through every damn day when i feel the burn trail of your hands on my body. Let's see how well you can handle the pain, shall we?" I said, smirking, then threw his arms in the fire, watching them burn slowly, and with seconds, he is screaming
"That burning feeling, that pain is what you made me feel every day day for over a year! If you still think you are going to be let go you are fucking delusional." I said, watching him writhing in pain on the floor
"Principessa are you sure you want to do this. Think of th-"
"Father, i am thinking of them. This is why i am doing this, I will not let him walk the same earth as my children." I said, cutting Caius off only for a gasp to be heard
"YOU HAD MY CHILDREN!" He screams in pain and shock as i signal Jasper and Peter to let go of him
"No, i had my children. They are nothing, and i mean nothing to do with you. They are my babies, my children, my world, and my existence. Their father is Marcus Volturi and will always be Marcus." I said vamp, speeding over to him and ripping his legs off in one swift movement
"Your rein of terror ends here, i will end your torture of hurting women. I will not let my daughters know of the terrors you have done, and i will rid this world of men like you so every woman and child are safe. Say hello to lucifer for me." I said, then kicked his head off his shoulders, and his head went straight into the fireplace
"Burn the rest of the body and someone gather the rest of the cover except Charlotte Whitlock and my grandchildren." Caius ordered as Marcus comes to my side
"It's time we set a new law to protect women and children." Marcus said, wrapping his arms around me
I watch as Alice steps forward, looking at me with pride in her eyes, and she bends down, ripping his dick off, then throws it in the fire, and his body soon follows. I fall to my knees and dry sob uncontrollably as i watch his body burn to ashes, knowing my girls and the rest of the world are safe now he is gone. He's finally gone, and i'm safe now.
