Optimus Prime (voiced by Peter Cullen)
After the events of my Last Knight rewrite, Optimus Primes returns continuing to be the heroic Autobot Leader he always is, helping his people rebuild their society along with using his skills as a diplomat to find a way to make man and machine co-exist peacefully. even if both sides refuse to play ball, he has to try because it is his duty as a prime to restore peace to the universe. the refugees of the now-destroyed Cybertron look to him as a leader, someone to lead them into the future and hopefully a better tomorrow. he still gets guidance from the ghost of the 13th Prime, his past life, who warns Optimus of the coming emergence of Unicron. and to make matters worse, Megatron is back and after the Chaos Bringer's power so that he can use it to raise an army of Cybertronian undead leading to one epic final confrontation between the two former brothers-in-arms. he still transforms into a red-and-blue Kenworth Semi Truck.

Bumblebee (voiced by Dylan O'Brien)
When we last left Bumblebee, he was broken over Arcee's betrayal. now he's being haunted by ghosts of his past when he learns that his old sparkmate has joined the Decepticons and has adopted the moniker of Flamewar. this leads to a confrontation between Bumblebee and Flamewar, with Bumblebee making it his personal quest to save his lover's spark and turn her back to the light. Bee's got a new Camaro mode which we saw at the end of my TLK rewrite and has gone back to the good ol' yellow with black racing stripes look.
