Chapter 15

The morning :

Avni was sleeping peacefully when she felt someone shaking her up and whispering her name , after many tries ! I repeat many many tries she finally woke up all grumpy .

Neil: « finally you're alive ! For a moment I thought that I should start looking for a second wife » he joked but ..

Avni: « what do you need Neil !! »she said it with the grumpiest noice ever ...

Neil: « I'm going out for a meeting as a business man is here In a family vacation and he heard of us so he wants to meet me for some business deal ..! So come close the door ,if you want to go out ! I left the keys for you and my credit card ! »

Avni: « I have my own card you know ? Anyways let's close the door ! I can't believe someone can work on their honeymoon ! »She murmured the last sentence to herself but Neil had to hear it.

Neil: « so what do you suggest us to do on our honeymoon ?! » he said it with a smirk which went unnoticed by the tube light....

Avni: « maybe go out ! Eat , shop , swim,take pics! I know that we aren't a real couple but at least as roommates?!"

Neil:"this was definitely not the answer I was expecting but we can do that just not today ! I'm getting late see you in the evening ! Have fun !"

Avni nodded and closed the door behind him , she freshened up and opened the closet full of beautiful clothes and finally she ended up choosing a yellow floral dress .
She did some light makeup and decided to have her breakfast in a restaurant near the house ...

She was sitting alone enjoying her cold coffee when a handsome man approached her :

The boy:"u..um excuse me can I sit here?"

Avni looked up to notice the young man , he was her age maybe 1 year older or younger ,clean shaved ,tall , with a lean body ,wearing a pair of torn jeans and a white t-shirt ; he seemed very polite and harmless to Avni which made her smile a bit and murmur a « yes »...

He sat down opened his book and started reading .. Avni couldn't help but notice that it was a book called « I love love» and right after that she came back to drinking her coffee when suddenly the man spoke :

« Hi ! I'm akash » he said it with a weird but yet cute accent .

Avni: « oh akash? Means your also from India ! Nice to meet you I'm Avni ! »

Akash« I'm actually half Indian half Italian , and I live in America ! »

Avni smiled thinking that this is the reason of his confusing accent .

Akash: « so what are you doing here in the Maldives alone ? »

Avni: « I'm actually her for my honeymoon so I'm not alone as you must have figured out ! And what are you doing here ? »

Akash: « I'm actually a painter I travel to places for inspiration which Badly need For my next gallery ! »

Avni: « I love painting ! You are so lucky that you can do that »

Akash: « well then if you like paintings you should definitely come to my gallery it's gonna be in India ! I don't have a date but here take my card it has my social media accounts you will get to know as soon as I post and it has my number you can just message me by your name and I'll send you a ticket for free ! And one for your husband if he wants to come ! » he said it with a big smile at the end ..
