i feel like hanging out with neil could go two ways: 1) just chilling on a couch listening to some soft music in the background while reading your favorite books or reading to each other. 2) driving to nowhere with all the windows down and the music blasting and if you were driving neil would stick his head out the window and just laugh because he felt free for the first time in a long time because he's always being dragged down by his father. or if neil was driving he'd just hold your hand and enjoy you enjoying yourself. he would sneak glances at you while your hair blew in your face because of the wind or watch your hand turn the dial up on the radio and then return to his. and he'd get this big smile on his face because of the way your eyes would light up and your laugh would get louder as the day dragged into night. he'd especially love when you would scream the lyrics to your favorite song.
