Magic in Them Bones
©2016, Olan L. Smith
As my fairy godmother sleeps a black cat's shadow creeps across my window, but before I can hang my coat up, my phone rings. The message carries both good and bad news, perhaps my fairy godmother's magic is not completely cancelled by the black cat's evil spell. I ponder. The next day I will book a flight to see the magical leprechaun, who is Oberon's shepherd of fairies in Ireland. I will meet him under his giant tree near the Blarney Stone.
A/N: This story was written using Rory's Story Cubes. A friend sent me a picture of the nine cubes she rolled saying she thought the cubes are good tools for breaking writers block. I agree, and with just nine cubes I started this story that can continue if I choose.
