I silently cried under my covers as music blasted through my ears. I haven't left my bed since the night King died. I thought I would be happy that he was dead after what he did to my brother but I didn't know what I felt anymore.
I haven't slept, ate, or took a shower in over a week. The only time I got up was to pee. I ain't wanna be around nobody.
"Toni?" I heard Star knock on my door.
"Go away" I spat. Ion know why she keep trying. Nobody could make me leave my room but me.
"I know you don't wanna see nobody, but mom's boyfriend outside" She said making me sit up.
"What?" I raised my eyebrows. I haven't spoke to him since the day I met him at the store. He said he would contact me but he never did.
"The fuck he want?" I raised my eyebrows.
"He said he wanna talk to you about custody. He said he's talked to his lawyer" She said.
"Give me 30 minutes" I told her.
As much as I ain't wanna see nobody, my unborn sibling environment growing up was important to me. Even though I ain't even know my mom boyfriend, I'm pretty sure he was a better human being then my evil ass mother.
"Okay. You want him to wait inside or outside?" She asked me.
"Outside we don't know him" I said in a duh tone.
"Okay" Once I heard her footsteps faint away I sat up rubbing my eyes taking a deep breath. It took me longer then I expected getting myself situated since I ended up crying in the shower for over 30 minutes.
I sighed walking out my room going downstairs locking eyes with Star who was smiling.
"I missed you" She cheesed.
"Soon as he leave I'm going right back in my room" I told her.
"Why won't you tell me what happened? You or Bugo won't tell me I wanna know what's going on" She frowned.
"You don't needa know it's over with anyway" I waved her off.
"I almost forgot you lived here" Daijah came into the kitchen with one kid on her hip.
