Waking up to the sound of my alarm, I quickly placed a pillow over my head to stop the noise from disturbing me.
15 minutes later....
5:55am.
"Nickolette, get up a soon 6, and yuh nuh get up, come on man today yah start back school," my mother said after barging in my room.
Hearing what my mom said, I quickly jumped and checked the time, 6 am
"Shit."
I spranged out of bed and quickly headed to the bathroom.
"Shit, shit, shit, traffic aguh kill me Dis morning."
After doing what I am supposed to do, I gather my undergarments and head back to the bathroom.
"All a dem deh should a do from yesterday," my mother complained.
"Seriously??, kmt, " I said before closing the bathroom door.
A couple minutes passed, and I was out of the bathroom, now seated in the chair, doing my hair, picking up my phone. I realised Tishoy was calling.
"Shoot," I said, calling her back.
"Look how long mi did a call yuh, weh yah do?" She asked.
"Mi just wake up well mi wake up 6 a mi mada wake mi up because mi sleep through mi alarm and mi just done bathe and a do mi hair" I said Combing out my hair.
"Girl, really? Anyways meetmi out by 6 :30" she said.
"Idk If I can meet you out by then , so gwan leff mi" I said.
"Kmt, anyways, minah leave out now tho but yeah, later,"she said, hanging up.
Brushing my hair up, I placed it into two and then added edges.

After that, I lotioned my skin and then I put on my socks after I gathered my uniform and put it on.
After I grabbed my belongings i headed downstairs to the front door
"Uhm, good morning to you, and yuh nah eat breakfast ?" My mom said stopping me
"Nope, sorry, I can't oh my money," I said, walking from the front door towards her.
"Mhm cause mi did a wonder weh yah guh if yuh nuh have nuh money" she said giving me 3000.
"Anyways, bye, love you," I said, exiting the house.
"Love you too," she shouted back.

Looking at the time I saw that it was 7:40am.

Looking around to distract myself, my eyes caught one of Daeja's friend.
