So I've started making Aesthetics, checkout the character page. I have decided this won't be a mafia book.
The dad is a very successful lawyer, he hasn't lost a single case, thought this could be interesting as he will most likely be the one to put Aria's "parents" in prison.
The family is still extremely powerful and feared due to their power ect.

Aria had to listen to Luke  talk about how good he was at football and how he was becoming popular. She wasn't allowed to sit with the family as she was cleaning the kitchen but she could listen in. He talked about becoming captain but Aria simply rolled her eyes. She had been at the school less than two weeks and staying out of the way she picked up on things like Xander being the best footballer the school had had. He was the captain and he was also the guy who had stopped the boy who looked like her from snapping her neck.

She learnt his name was Ares, her mind was on Ares alot since meeting him a few days ago. He had quickly become her bully though, he had managed to put a dead rat in her locker, he had torn her favourite book apart which she kept in her locker.
She hated the boy.
But why did he look like her?

That morning when she arrived at school she wasn't surprised to open her locker and see the inside of  locker door spray painted with the word bitch on.

She held back the tears. Crying was a weakness. She had been bullied her whole life, this was no different. She grabbed her books and headed to class.
Keeping her head down at all times, she refused to look up thinking it was a trick and she would be hurt for it.

"Must you keep doing those childish pranks" Xander stated when he saw his brother put a spray paint can into his locker. He had no idea what his brother had done but he guessed he had vandalised something.

"Stay out of this Xander" Ares said.

"Fine. Fuck up your life." Xander walked off to class. He only looked out for his brother these days because his parents asked him too, Xander was well aware Ares could take care of himself, he was aware of what Ares spent his free time doing too, not that he was any better.

Ares liked street fights/underground fights
Xander preferred street racing.

It was ironic really, their father practically sent criminals to prison and his two youngest sons regularly took part in criminal activity.

The boys understood each other, Xander and Ares were similar in ways, maybe Xander was a little better because despite his anger outbursts he kept Ares out of trouble.

Aria was starving, since being caught in the cafeteria she hadn't been allowed anything but a glass of water each day. She had passed out a few times outside of school. She didn't dare get food again from the cafeteria but she had already been starving before, now it was worse. So she stole an apple this morning. She was just waiting so she could go to the library and eat.

When lunch time came around she started to head to the library, away from everyone, she was close to passing out as she walked down a corridor. She knew it was risk, she just hoped Luke wouldn't see. She took out the apple from her bag but as if the world had something against her, Luke appeared.

He walked straight up to her telling his friends that he would meet them after.

"Stealing food I see. Dad made it clear you aren't allowed to eat you selfish brat" Luke rarely took matters into his own hands but when he did , Aria hated it.

He snatched the apple from her, looking around he saw no one was about so he kicked her as he ate the apple. "Pathetic bitch" he snapped kicking her further.

Meanwhile, Ares was heading to the cafeteria. He stopped when he saw Luke kicking the girl. Now Ares hated her but he would never do that to her.

"This is what you get for taking food from us"  they heard him say.

Something just snapped inside of him as he walked straight to Luke pushing him away from the girl he hated but that didn't matter right now.

"I knew I didn't like you" Are snapped. He was about 2 years younger but he was quick to overpower the boy. He didn't hesitate to start kicking the boy "how does it feel" he asked.
The older boy didn't reply.
"Fucking pathetic" he snapped leaving the boy on the floor. He turned to his enemy.

She wore a hoodie, her hair covering her face, she refused to look up.

"Consider this my one good deed, I still don't like you" he snapped.

He stood back purposely standing on Luke's hand "oops" he muttered when he heard Luke make a noise in pain.
"Well aren't you even going to look up" Ares was curious as to what she looked like never actually seeing her face proper.

As if on command she looked up. Ares eyes widened as he looked at the girl who had the exact same eyes as him, the same features and hair colour. She was a female version of him and it was creepy.

"What's your name " Ares asked.

"Aria...I have to go. Thanks for saving me" she quickly replied before running off.
Last time she only saw a glimpse but now she had seen how much they actually looked like each other.

"You are going to stop beating that girl up and don't bother complaining to your parents. I will make your life hell" Ares said giving him a few more kicks before walking away. His mind on Aria.

He would know if he had a cousin and he refused to acknowledge it meant Luke was a cousin. Maybe one of his aunts and uncles put her up for adoption.

Maybe it was just a coincidence?
