"I can't believe my sister is going to college!" Tylor smiles as we get to my dorm room. A blond -haired girl was walking out of the room "hey I'm your neighbor Elaine!" She held her hand out and I shook it "I'm Serena" her blue eyes widened "I love that name!" I push my glasses up "we should hang out after you get all settled in" I smile "that would be fun"

"Well just knock on my door if you need help and when you want to go" I nod watching as she walks back into the dorm Taylor smirks hitting my arm in excitement I roll my eyes also getting excited at the fact I may have a friend

Present day

"Hey girl," Elaine says walking while taking her scrub off. I wave as I take a bite of the yogurt bar I made this morning as I work on my paper "How was the home?" I ask her, Elaine was a nurse at a local nursing home

"This women told me about how she would fuck this man behind a drive in" I laugh at the words she tells me "old people fuck" I tell her
"Speaking of fucking how is that guy you were talking to?"

"He uh stopped talking to me after that night" I look back to my laptop most guys do, I asked him if he would hit me and well he called me a sicko and left "I'm sorry girl you just need a man not a pussy ass boy a man who will take care of you and your past" she hits my shoulder softly "speaking of fucking you still with that guy?" She shakes her head a smile on her face "he had a weird obsession over his sister" I make a face then gag a little

"We need to go out" I roll my eyes watching as she sits down "I don't have money" I tell her "I do my step dad put money in my account I'll pay, and we almost never pay for all our drinks" I groan looking at my paper then back to her "ok fine" she smirks then takes out bread and ham "I'll make us both a sandwich! You do my make up?" I nod shutting my laptop

Four hours later we are getting out of our Uber Elaine had a nice red tight dress on while I just wore ripped jeans and a low cut black shirt she grabs my hand dragging me into the bar

After our first round of shots I'm dancing on the floor with a girl my arms around her neck as we get lost in the music "let me buy you a drink" she says I nod a smirk on my face maybe I'll get lucky tonight some that that I needed

The next day I'm waking up in bed with an arm around me I rub my eyes looking at the blue hair girl laying there I just groan as my headache takes a place I get up and get some clothes going to my bathroom

"Hey uh your sink is messed up" Lilly says I open the shower curtain and groan "ok thanks for letting me know after this I'll make food" she nods

"My sink is fucked up" I sing going upstairs Elaine looks at me and Lilly "oh didn't know you had someone over I'll put more bacon on and some more hash browns I'm Serena's roommate Elaine"

After we had breakfast Lilly leaves, Elaine looks at me just blinking I was never open about my sexuality with anyone besides my therapist "she was hot and I had no clue about you" I just nods softly

I sit in my classroom waiting for students to come in from lunch when I get a text from my daughter Elaine looking down reading it from my watch

Are you still coming Saturday? If you do, you'll meet my roommate and best friend! The one I always talk about!!-Elaine

I remember her showing me pictures of the girl, my first student walks in and I open my Facebook typing in my daughters name, if I think it's the girl in all her pictures then I'll be fucked, the women was a beautiful women long brown hair and blue eyes and lips I would love to kiss clicking the picture of the two at a concert I smile

The bell rings and I stand up as students take their seats, I worked at a big public school over an hour away from my small town but it was worth the drive "ok so the biology project" I smirk looking at the 10th graders who just look now give me a dirty look I smile and nod "ok"

During my free period I walked down to my assistant coaches room who also had a free period. I knock on the door "come in!" Dorian smirks holding out trail mix

"So can you are free Saturday?" I shake my head "no I'm going to see my daughter" he groans Dorian was in his early 20s just a little older than Elaine many people didn't believe I had a 21 year old in college as I'm only 38 but things happen

"Plus I'm not big on going out" he nods softly I pop some trial mix back "so the game tomorrow we face a good team" I nod sighing "they are good I won't lie I am a little worried" his eyes widen "a little? Dude why?"

I make a weird face I would of gone pro then I tore my ACL and broke my arm and Elaine's mom was in the middle of moving out after cheating on me, leaving me to raise Elaine alone while she still travels the world with her Rich old husband

"We will be fine with your amazing coaching" I laugh rolling my eyes "so how did that date go?" I shake my head not wanting to talk about it "I don't do sex on the first date and that's all she wanted" Dorian sighs "I'm sorry" I shrug
