ZACKARY'S POV

I almost stumble when I catch Leeyuna as fast as I can.

"Leeyuna... Leeyuna" I shake her a little in my arms but to no avail, she get paller also.

"Damn" I'm trembling now as I held her tightly running to the clinic.

What happened to our mate? I can even her a hint of worry to my wolf's voice in my head.

I don't know. I answer him running inside the clinic.

"Alpha!" I didn't greet them back my worries to Leeyuna is more important.

"Check her" The doctors nodded as they check Leeyuna.

"Alpha, can't you hear and smell it?" They said in chorus making me confuse. Hear? Smell? The what?

"What do you mean?" They didn't answer me and remain silent. Seconds pass and I slowly hear two soft heart beats.

My mouth gasp as shock take my system. It can't be right?

My eyes slowly drop to Leeyuna who's still unconscious. My wolf cheers as we both smell three different scents from Leeyuna. One is her, the other one is from her tummy.

I slowly sit down by her side and the doctors give their congratulations to as they live me there.

I place my hand above Leeyuna's stomach. Damn. Im pretty sure I hear two heartbeats from there it means she's having a twin, were having a twin.

Happiness is what I only feel right now as I crouch down to hug her by the waist and kiss her stomach. A lone tear fell as I close my eyes.

"Thank. Thank you for the best gift ever" I kiss her stomach again.

"Hey, wake up there. Were having a babies" I shake her but still. I frowned.

There's something wrong.

"Leeyuna?" I drew nearer to her face as I listen to her breathing, it's too shallow.

"Leeyuna" Damn!

I immediately stood up and call the doctors again.

Now that she's pregnant with two it takes a lot of energy from her since she's a human. Bearing two pups in she-wolf is bearable but for humans, I don't think so.

LEEYUNA'S POV

Dahan-dahan akong nagmulat dahil sa bagay na nakapatong sa tiyan ko.

"Zackary?" Agad siyang napaupo at nginitian ako. Oh ano na namang nangyari sa kanya? Minsan talaga naiisip kong may saltik siya eh, minsan maayos kadalasan hindi.

"Anong nangyari?" Tanong ko at umupo agad naman niya akong inalalayan bago siya lumipat sa aking tabi hawak ang kamay ko.

"Your pregnant, Leeyuna" Nanigas ako sa aking kinauupuan. Ako? Buntis?

"Wag mo akong paglaruan Zackary" Kahit na ganun parang ramdam ko rin kasing oo, lalo't dalawang linggo na akong delayed.

"I'm happy, I'm really am" Napakunot ang noo ko ng unti-unting nawala ang ngiti niya. Sabi ko sa inyo eh.

"May problema ba?" I caress his cheek, he holds my hands as he speak.

"It might cost your life bearing two pups Leeyuna" And again nanigas na naman ako. Anong ibig niyang sabihin?

"Bearing them might kill you Leeyuna" I gasp.
