Whoever said that college was fun, lied. I'm failing just about all of my classes and having to cram in all of these essays within three hours. This is what my Saturday nights consist of while all of my friends are out partying and actually enjoying their college experience. Luckily, I have a talent for writing 750 words of absolute bullshit within an hour and earning at least a decent grade for it.

I heard a knock on the door and started to get up until I saw Kelsey running out of her room while attempting to put a pair of heels on her feet.

"I got it." She said and I sat back down, pulling my laptop back onto my lap.

Kelsey opened the door and a group consisting of three guys and a girl walked into the apartment. I looked over and only recognized two of them.

"Elise, you remember Jack right? This is also Jack, but we just call him Andrews. Obviously you know Sammy," she said, scratching her head.

"And what about me? Hi Elise, i'm Kendall." The brunette girl said, giving me a cheesy smile. I gave a slight smile and just waved, looking back at my laptop.

"Elise, you coming out with us?" Jack asked.

I shook my head and just said, "homework."

Kelsey sighed and shook her head, grabbing a bottle of vodka off of the counter. "She's boring, i'm not even surprised." She said, grabbing shot glasses out of a cabinet.

"Nah, I respect that. I should be doing that." Jack said and then laughed a little. I ignored them and continued typing my essay.

They all did shots except for Sammy, who came over and stood in front of me. I looked up at him. "Can we go in your room and talk?" He asked.

I screamed internally and then just replied with, "yeah sure." I set my laptop aside and got up, walking into my room with Sammy following behind me. He shut the door behind him and I sat down on my bed.

"You've been ignoring me." He said. Yeah, no shit.

"I've just been super busy with school work." I said and he leaned up against my dresser.

"You don't do school work." He said. Fuck you.

"Well I decided to start." I said , shrugging.

"Elise, you're ignoring me. Why?" He asked, crossing his arms.

"Why would I want to talk to you?" I asked him and he sighed, running a hand through his hair.

"I tried to apologize for the incident at the party. I was drunk and wasn't in a good mindset." He said, using the same excuses that i've heard a million times.

"Yeah, and then proceeded to call me a stupid bitch and a slut. Does that honestly sound sincere to you?" I asked him, starting to get pissed off.

"So you did see my messages? You are ignoring me?" He asked, standing up straight.

"Yeah, I am. You're a fucking psycho. I want nothing to do with you Sam." I said, standing up. He laughed a little.

"Yeah okay, I'm the psycho. Believe what you want Elise. Make sure not to hit me up the next time your druggy of a mother comes into town." He said.

"Fuck you." I said, feeling a lump forming in the back of my throat.

"No, fuck you Elise!" He yelled, walking closer to me. "You ungrateful bitch! After everything I did for you, this is how you treat me?"

I bit down on my lip trying to hold back the tears that were trying to escape my eyes. "Get the fuck out." I said. He shook his head and walked out, slamming the door behind him.
