Grandpa keeps going up to the roof to talk with aliens. He says he's communicating with the stars. Frank knows he should make the old man come down from there. Dad told him he might have to use the belt - "because grandpa is just like a child now." Frank remembers going up to the roof when he was a kid. He also remembers the belt.
