After a good while inna ih traffic i parked up in the driveway and went to knock on the front door hearing it unlock my mother's face was surprised when she saw me "Jalen mi son!, a long time mi nuh see yuh ino everything good" she said her voice sounding happy then she invited me inside but to my surprise mi did see smady a sidung pan ih couch but dem did look too familiar
seeing the person get up and turn around to my surprise nuh kelani dat mi see to pussyclaat, our eyes meet for a moment before she went into my mother's kitchen "mummy a who dah smady deh" I said trying to sound like I didn't know her as she responded "A mi fren suzy sen har fi come pick up sumn, but ih nuh reach yet suh shi aguh deh yah fi a while" my mother said as mi just nod mi head, looking back at kelani walking past us hugging my mother goodbye without even looking at me and headed straight to the door
Shrugging off my shoulders trying to get her out of my mind, while looking back at my mother that was now in the kitchen making dinner, I walked to the couch and sat down, but mi couldn't get kelani outta mi mind.
