            "Essy have you seen—"

I busted through her room immediately almost throwing up when I saw her naked along with some boy. She was giving him head and the sight just made me want to vomit right then and there. I quickly covered my eyes and left right back out the room.

"You gotta knock before you enter, dude. I learned that hellas ago. Essence gets down, she does not play whatsoever." Anthony said.

Gross.

"That is sick. She's not even sixteen."

"You were fucking at thirteen. I remember I walked in on you and Alisa when I was younger. You never saw me but now I'm confessing."

"I don't wanna hear about her crazy ass."

Alisa was the first ex I ever had. We only broke up because she moved away to fucking Wisconsin or some shit. Some place white because her father wanted to get her out of our shitty neighborhood.

Before she moved she was crazy as hell though. She had fought half of the girls I was talking to, stalking me, even called my mama on all bullshit tryna' snitch on me.

Little did she know, my mother a crackhead.

"Just saying, can't bash Essy."

"Man, fuck that." I shook my head and went back into her room while covering my eyes. "You, young nigga get the fuck out!"

"Bra chill." Essy jumped up, covering him up with the cover.

"I don't care how grown you think you is, you not. You can't just be in here sucking niggas up cause you feel like it. Especially with the door unlocked."

She just rolled her eyes then motioned for the boy to leave.

"Go wash yo dick mouth." I shook my head at her.

My sister is a dick eater??? This is sick.

I went into the kitchen and put microwaveable chicken nuggets in the microwave for the twins. They were so damn picky this and macaroni and cheese were literally the only things that their bad asses would eat.

I put them in for three minutes, as it said to do in the instructions, and leaned up against the counter waiting for the minutes to pass. As I waited I checked my message thread from Kacie seeing if she had replied to my text from me saying that I had fun with her last night and couldn't wait to see her again.

I really liked her nerdy ass and this was one of the first times I've caught feelings for somebody this quick. It usually takes me longer but Kacie had me locked in on the spot. It was just something about her.

"You baldheaded." I heard Eli's annoying ass voice approaching the kitchen. "We are not twins, Eve. I look better."

"We are twins. Mommy popped us out at the same time."

"Doesn't make sense. Neno, do we look alike?"

"Yeah, exactly alike. You're just a boy so obviously you have differences but y'all features are the exact same." I shrugged.

"Bullshit."

"What I tell you about saying that word?" I gave him a menacing glare before taking their chicken nuggets out the microwave, pouring barbecue sauce over them.

That's how they liked them, I don't know.

"You cuss, Essy cuss, Ant cusses all the time. Why I can't cuss?" Eli rolled his eyes and sat down on the couch along with Eve.

"You're five."

"So the fuck what?"

"You must wanna get popped." I held back my laughter and gave both of them their nuggets.

"You not gone pop him, scary butt." Eve stuck her tongue out.

"I'll take both of ya'll iPads, shut the fuck up and eat the damn nuggets." I shook my head and went into my room, closing the door behind me.

I knew I was really fucking with Kacie because her not texting me back had been bothering me. I sent the message the night before and it was now three in the afternoon and she hadn't responded yet. Part of me made me feel like she wasn't feeling me how I was feeling her so she was just slowly ghosting me.

But she couldn't completely ghost me, I still needed her as a tutor.

...

"That'll be three fifty." The cashier rung up my items with a wide ass smile on her face, I don't know what in life could've made her that damn happy.

Ole' girl was showing all thirty two.

I went in my wallet to get the money, confident that I had it on me but whole time I didn't. I was short a whole hundred.

Cringing I rubbed my head, "I'm short."

"Put some things back.."

I needed literally everything that was in the cart.

I had put off grocery shopping for two months now.

"See, I can't—"

"I'll cover it." I heard a soft voice from behind me causing me to quickly look around seeing that it was someone I have never seen before.

Pretty darkskin with red hair, full lips, she was pretty.

"What, for real? Thank you." I smiled.

"It's all good. I know how it is," She shrugged, swiping her card.

"I can get your cashapp and send you the money when I get paid—"

"Don't worry about it, it's all good." She chuckled and I just nodded and put all of my items in my cart, pushing it outside.

I don't know who that nice spirit was that I just encountered but God was on my side right then and there.

𝐜𝐢𝐜𝐢🖤: im sorry i'm responding so late. i had fun with you too like you really took my mind off all of the shit im going through.
