☆Irene POV☆

"Oi Irene! I wanna test an invention of mine in Ninjago City, wanna join me?"

I turn around, my long wavy brunette hair swaying in the wind as I glance at my big brother in curiosity

"I would love to! However I have something to do...sorry brother Jay, maybe next time?" I said sheepishly smiling in apologies

Jay, my big brother, went to stroke my head playfully as he sat down besides me

Currently I am sitting on the floor inside of our house and at the living room to meditate and practice my senses. Years ago, months after the time when I caught a cold, I bought a new skill at the Point Store in which I found interesting

This skill called 'Sharpen Senses' where I can have more sharper and higher sense than a normal human have, however I can only use it one at a time and I need to imagine a creature to be able to activate it

I need to think of a dog if I want to have a sharp smell, I need to think of an owl if I want to see in the dark, and I need to think of a lion if I want to raise my voice higher than a normal human, and I can only use one sense at a time. It took me a while to get a hang of this new skill but I was able to master it, now I can literally imitate all of an animal senses and not only highten my sense, and most of all, I can sense presence

Sensing presence is weird, it's like the feeling of seeing a light at the far end of a tunnel after getting lost for a few seconds, it's as if your intuition is telling you to look at that way and you see a light

Presence is like a glowing costume where you will be able to identify its difference even in a crowded room. Everyone has a different presence. It is connected to their soul and heart which means I can identify if a person is a bad person or not, lying or telling the truth and being able to tell what they are currently feeling

It's really useful and convenient if I want to know what a person is feeling and if they are lying or not. Thanks to these skill I was able to tell if my family needs my help from a miles away

Today was another peaceful day, our parents were out to another client with me and my brother left in the junkyard. I was about to sleep and train inside my Hidden World again but seems like I would be skipping that for now

"Nah, no need to feel bumped! It's just a test to see if the wings I created can fly" Jay said as he took out his invention and showed it to me

I stare at the mechanical wings that he spreads on the floor. I swear I felt my face lit up when I recognized the wings. It's the mechanical wings that Jay was testing in the show that got him to meet the famous Master Wu. It's time, the start of the show

Jay stares at me in confusion, misunderstanding my reaction for something different

"What's with that smile? Wait- do you think my invention this time is gonna be successful?" He asked hopefully, staring at me with expecting eyes in which I guiltily look away
